國有銀行和中小股份制商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)收入比較研究

【摘要】:商業(yè)銀行在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中起著杠桿作用,是直接參與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的活動(dòng)主體,同時(shí)是貨幣流通的重要媒介,在我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式下商業(yè)銀行對(duì)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、匯率、資金流通、貨幣政策等至關(guān)重要。我國的商業(yè)銀行從建立之初就一直隨著時(shí)代的變遷和我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r而變革,隨著我國改革開放的不斷深入,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展,尤其是伴隨著利率市場(chǎng)化和金融脫"媒"的市場(chǎng)改革深化,以往存貸款業(yè)務(wù)的利潤(rùn)受到了極大的沖擊。中國加入世貿(mào)組織后為了使我國商業(yè)銀行在市場(chǎng)上更有活力,銀行要在金融業(yè)保持強(qiáng)勁的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力必須要大力發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)。我國商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展較西方發(fā)展較遲,2002年我國正式頒布了《商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)暫行規(guī)定》,將中間業(yè)務(wù)分類為:支付結(jié)算類中間業(yè)務(wù)、銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)、代理類中間業(yè)務(wù)、擔(dān)保及承諾類中間業(yè)務(wù)、交易類中間業(yè)務(wù)、投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)、基金托管業(yè)務(wù)、咨詢顧問類業(yè)務(wù)、其他類中間業(yè)務(wù)共九大類。我國商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)近年來發(fā)展較快,不論是中間業(yè)務(wù)的收入還是中間業(yè)務(wù)的種類都有了較大的提高,但是國有銀行和股份制商業(yè)銀行因本身經(jīng)營(yíng)方式、資產(chǎn)規(guī)模、市場(chǎng)定位等都是不同的,近10年間這兩類商業(yè)銀行在中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展上也存在著一定的差異。因此有必要對(duì)其進(jìn)行比較研究,結(jié)合面板數(shù)據(jù)和實(shí)證研究,迎合十三五規(guī)劃的需要,為日后我國商業(yè)銀行進(jìn)一步發(fā)展做出切實(shí)的研究。近十年來,國有銀行和股份制商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展都進(jìn)入了黃金時(shí)期,國家政策的支持和銀行自身的重視大大加速了該業(yè)務(wù)的成長(zhǎng),國有銀行和股份制商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)了不同特點(diǎn),最大的區(qū)別就是從10年前國有銀行不管從中間收入額還是中間收入占比都是遠(yuǎn)超股份制商業(yè)銀行,然而如今一些股份制商業(yè)銀行都已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)國有銀行反超,國有銀行的中間業(yè)務(wù)收入增長(zhǎng)率和中間業(yè)務(wù)收入占比都不及股份制商業(yè)銀行,可見如果對(duì)我國商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)一概而論地研究是不合適的,需要通過對(duì)比國有銀行和股份制商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),分析國有銀行與股份制商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)生差異的原因,對(duì)國有銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提出建議與策略。本文所要做的工作,則是希望通過對(duì)近些年國有銀行和股份制商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)比較,找到兩大類銀行的共性和差異,分析其可能產(chǎn)生的原因,針對(duì)國有銀行和股份制商業(yè)中間業(yè)務(wù)收入差異影響因素做實(shí)證分析,最后對(duì)國有銀行如何發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)提出對(duì)策和建議。本文主要結(jié)論:(1)我國商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展與宏觀因素和微觀因素都是緊密聯(lián)系的;(2)國有銀行和股份制商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)收入在近十年都有較大的發(fā)展在實(shí)證研究中,影響國有銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)收入占比的因素要多于股份制商業(yè)銀行;(3)通過比較國有銀行和股份制商業(yè)銀行實(shí)證結(jié)果,國有銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)收入占比受資產(chǎn)利潤(rùn)率影響最為顯著;股份制商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)收入占比受國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值增長(zhǎng)率影響最為顯著;(4)從比較國有銀行和股份制商業(yè)銀行近十年中間業(yè)務(wù)收入角度出發(fā),兩類商業(yè)銀行呈現(xiàn)著不同的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)。根據(jù)結(jié)論對(duì)國有銀行提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策和建議:(1)加快利率市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程,推動(dòng)商業(yè)銀行金融"脫媒";(2)加強(qiáng)對(duì)國有銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的控制和監(jiān)管;(3)鼓勵(lì)國有銀行開發(fā)新型產(chǎn)品,避免"同質(zhì)化"現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重;(4)深化國有銀行管理機(jī)制的改革;(5)發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì),提高產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新能力;(6)規(guī)范中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品定價(jià)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The commercial bank's leverage in the course of the development of the market economy is the main body directly involved in the market economy, and it is the important medium of the circulation of the money. In the economic mode of our country, the commercial bank is of great importance to the development of the market economy, the exchange rate, the capital circulation, the monetary policy and so on. From the beginning of the establishment, the commercial bank of our country has changed with the change of the times and the state of the economic development of our country, with the deepening of the reform and opening-up of our country, the development of the economic integration of the world, especially with the deepening of the market reform of the market-oriented and financial de"medium" of the interest rate, The profit of the past deposit and loan business has been greatly impacted. After China's accession to the WTO, in order to make the commercial banks more dynamic in the market, the banks must maintain strong competitiveness in the financial industry. The development of the intermediate business of the commercial bank of our country is more late than that of the west. In 2002, the Interim Provisions on the Intermediate Business of the Commercial Bank have been officially promulgated, and the intermediate business is classified as the intermediate business of the payment and settlement class, the bank card business, the agent's intermediate business, the guarantee and the commitment class. Transaction-based intermediate business, investment banking, fund-managed business, consulting service, and other intermediate-class operations are nine major classes. In recent years, the middle business of the commercial bank of our country has developed relatively fast in recent years, whether the income of the intermediate business or the kind of the intermediate business has been greatly improved, but the state-owned banks and the joint-stock commercial banks are different due to their own way of operation, the size of the assets, the market position and so on. In the past 10 years, there are some differences between the two types of commercial banks in the development of the intermediate business. Therefore, it is necessary to make a comparative study, combine the panel data and the positive research, to meet the needs of the 13th Five-Year Plan, and make a practical study for the further development of our commercial banks in the future. In the last ten years, the development of the intermediate business of the state-owned banks and the joint-stock commercial banks has entered the golden period, and the support of the state policy and the value of the bank have greatly accelerated the growth of the business, and the development of the intermediate business of the state-owned banks and the joint-stock commercial banks has different characteristics. The biggest difference is that the state-owned banks from 10 years ago, whether from the middle or the middle income, are far-joint-stock commercial banks, but now some of the joint-stock commercial banks have realized the anti-monopoly of state-owned banks, The middle business income growth rate and the intermediate business income of the state-owned banks are less than that of the joint-stock commercial banks, and it can be seen that if it is inappropriate to study the middle business of the commercial banks in our country, it is necessary to compare the characteristics of the intermediate business development of the state-owned banks and the joint-stock commercial banks. The reason of the difference between the state-owned banks and the joint-stock commercial banks is analyzed, and suggestions and strategies for the development of the intermediate business of the state-owned banks are put forward. In this paper, it is hoped that by comparing the intermediate business of state-owned banks and joint-stock commercial banks in recent years, the commonness and difference of two types of banks can be found, and the possible causes are analyzed. The paper makes an empirical analysis on the influence factors of the income difference between the state-owned banks and the commercial intermediate business of the stock-stock system, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to develop the intermediate business of the state-owned banks. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) The development of the intermediate business of the commercial banks in China is closely related to the macro-factors and the micro-factors; (2) the intermediate business income of the state-owned banks and the joint-stock commercial banks has been developed in the positive research in the last ten years, The factors that affect the middle business income of the state-owned banks are more than that of the joint-stock commercial banks; (3) by comparing the positive results of the state-owned banks and the joint-stock commercial banks, the intermediate business income of the state-owned banks is most significant compared with the profit margin of the state-owned banks; The intermediate business income of the joint-stock commercial banks is most affected by the growth rate of the gross domestic product; and (4) the two types of commercial banks have different development status from the comparison of the middle business income of the state-owned banks and the joint-stock commercial banks in the last ten years. according to the conclusion, the state-owned banks have put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions: (1) to speed up the market-oriented process of interest rate and to promote the financial "out-of-medium" of commercial banks; (2) to strengthen the control and supervision of the intermediate business risk of the state-owned banks; and (3) to encourage state-owned banks to develop new products, Avoid the serious "homogenization" phenomenon; (4) deepen the reform of the management mechanism of the state-owned banks; (5) play the market advantage and improve the product innovation ability; and (6) regulate the pricing mechanism of the intermediate business products.
