【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的發(fā)展,尤其是移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn)和普及,對人們的日常生活產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響,從一定程度上改變了人們的一些生活方式�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)作為一種信息傳播的媒介,對證券公司經(jīng)紀業(yè)務的轉型發(fā)展提供了新的機遇與挑戰(zhàn),不僅可以降低證券公司的經(jīng)營成本,還能夠建立證券公司同客戶之間的即時聯(lián)系。因此,如何在證券經(jīng)紀業(yè)務轉型升級過程中利用好互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、提升自身核心競爭力對證券公司的發(fā)展顯得尤為重要。本文在分析國內外學者的研究基礎上,以我國證券經(jīng)紀業(yè)務的概念為切入點,首先介紹了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)證券經(jīng)紀業(yè)務的內涵、分類以及具有的特征,并介紹了金融中介理論,且以其為本文的寫作奠定基礎;其次,對于證券經(jīng)紀業(yè)務在我國之誕生、發(fā)展、以及現(xiàn)狀做出了詳實的闡述,并將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在我國證券經(jīng)紀業(yè)務中的應用做了相應的介紹,同時通過對國外典型證券公司網(wǎng)絡業(yè)務發(fā)展歷程的介紹與國內證券公司形成對比;最后,在總結前文比較分析的基礎上,結合我國證券行業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實情況,提出了我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)證券經(jīng)紀業(yè)務未來發(fā)展的方向,即競爭呈現(xiàn)多元化、經(jīng)營模式從粗放型轉為集約型、移動交易去PC化三個主要特征,最終提出六項合理性建議支持我國的證券公司在未來開展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)紀業(yè)務。
[Abstract]:The development of Internet technology, especially the emergence and popularization of mobile Internet, has had a great impact on people's daily life, and to a certain extent has changed some people's way of life. As a medium of information dissemination, the Internet provides new opportunities and challenges for the transformation and development of brokerage business of securities companies. It can not only reduce the operating costs of securities companies, but also establish the immediate relationship between securities companies and customers. Therefore, how to make good use of the Internet in the process of securities brokerage business transformation and upgrade to enhance their core competitiveness is particularly important for the development of securities companies. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper firstly introduces the connotation, classification and characteristics of Internet securities brokerage business, and introduces the theory of financial intermediation, based on the concept of securities brokerage business in China. And to lay a foundation for the writing of this paper; Secondly, the birth, development, and current situation of securities brokerage business in China are described in detail, and the application of the Internet in securities brokerage business in China is introduced accordingly. At the same time through the introduction of foreign typical securities companies network business development process and domestic securities companies to form a contrast; Finally, on the basis of summing up the previous comparative analysis, combined with the reality of the development of China's securities industry, this paper puts forward the direction of the future development of China's Internet securities brokerage business, that is, the diversification of competition. The business model is changed from extensive to intensive, and the mobile transaction is de-PC. Finally, six reasonable suggestions are put forward to support China's securities companies to carry out Internet brokerage business in the future.
