【摘要】：在我國,商業(yè)銀行對(duì)于國民經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展有著重要的影響作用,對(duì)于國家金融市場的穩(wěn)定至關(guān)重要。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化水平的推進(jìn),資本在全球范圍內(nèi)流動(dòng),國外金融機(jī)構(gòu)和金融力量也紛紛參與進(jìn)來,銀行間的競爭日益加劇。在此背景下,本文以商業(yè)銀行競爭力影響因素為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行分析有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。首先,文章對(duì)課題研究背景進(jìn)行說明,分析目前市場現(xiàn)狀及未來競爭力發(fā)展趨勢,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出本文研究目標(biāo)和框架,并進(jìn)一步細(xì)化研究思路,對(duì)于本文研究的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),提出S市建行濰州支行研究的代表意義。其次,在理論分析基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合S市建行濰州支行情況對(duì)商業(yè)銀行競爭力影響因素進(jìn)行分析。在本部分,首先對(duì)S市建行濰州支行概況進(jìn)行介紹,結(jié)合其在S市面臨競爭壓力,從企業(yè)視角出發(fā),分析競爭力的影響因素有哪些,并從點(diǎn)及面,對(duì)影響因素進(jìn)行匯總。第三,商業(yè)銀行競爭力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系介紹。在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從商業(yè)銀行競爭力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)內(nèi)涵出發(fā),對(duì)于本文涉及到的競爭力評(píng)價(jià)關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行匯總分析。第四,實(shí)證分析部分。以S市建行濰州支行為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)該網(wǎng)點(diǎn)競爭力影響因素進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,設(shè)立指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)分,進(jìn)而進(jìn)行效度和信度檢驗(yàn),并通過權(quán)重分析法,計(jì)算所選指標(biāo)的相對(duì)重要性權(quán)重,進(jìn)而找出本文研究的S市建行濰州支行競爭力關(guān)鍵衡量因子。最后,針對(duì)S市建行濰州支行面臨問題,提出未來提升競爭力的對(duì)策與建議,并對(duì)本文研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),對(duì)未來工作進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:In China, commercial banks play an important role in the steady and healthy development of national economy and are very important to the stability of national financial market. With the advancement of economic globalization, capital flows around the world, foreign financial institutions and financial forces also participate in succession, the competition between banks is increasingly intensified. Under this background, it is of great practical significance to analyze the influencing factors of the competitiveness of commercial banks. First of all, the paper explains the research background, analyzes the current market situation and the development trend of future competitiveness, and then puts forward the research objectives and framework of this paper, and further refine the research ideas. The theoretical and practical significance of this study is summarized, and the representative significance of the research of Weizhou Branch of S City Construction Bank is put forward. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis, combined with the situation of Weizhou Branch of Construction Bank of S City, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the competitiveness of commercial banks. In this part, first of all, it introduces the general situation of Weizhou Branch of S City Construction Bank, combining with the competitive pressure it faces in S City, from the perspective of enterprises, analyzes the influencing factors of competitiveness, and summarizes the influencing factors from point and surface. Third, the commercial bank competitiveness evaluation index system introduction. On the basis of summing up the domestic and foreign related research, this paper makes a summary and analysis of the key factors involved in the competitiveness evaluation of commercial banks, starting from the connotation of the evaluation index of the competitiveness of commercial banks. Fourth, the empirical analysis part. Taking the research object of Weizhou branch behavior of construction bank in S city, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the influencing factors of the competitive power of the network, sets up an index system, scores the index, and then tests the validity and reliability of the index, and adopts the weight analysis method. Calculate the relative importance weight of the selected index, and then find out the key measure factor of the competitiveness of Weizhou branch of S City Construction Bank. Finally, aiming at the problems faced by the Weizhou Branch of the Construction Bank of S City, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing the competitiveness in the future, summarizes the research results of this paper, and looks forward to the future work.
