【摘要】：本文利用“一行三會”金融監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)高官出生地信息以及地級城市金融機(jī)構(gòu)人民幣貸款數(shù)據(jù),驗(yàn)證了信貸資源分配的地方偏愛效應(yīng)。金融高官在任期間,其出生地城市相比非出生地城市獲得了更多的貸款,而其籍貫地以及第一工作地貸款并未增加。進(jìn)一步分析發(fā)現(xiàn),出生地偏愛行為并不存在空間擴(kuò)散效應(yīng),金融高官出生地城市所在省份、同省其他城市以及相鄰城市并未獲得更多貸款。對不同類別貸款分析發(fā)現(xiàn),出生地偏愛促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的特點(diǎn)明顯,其主要增加了金融高官出生地城市的工業(yè)貸款,并未影響農(nóng)業(yè)、商業(yè)貸款。本文從金融機(jī)構(gòu)信貸分配角度進(jìn)一步豐富了地方偏愛文獻(xiàn),并對我國中央政府干預(yù)金融資源分配提供了證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the local preference effect of credit resource allocation is verified by using the information of the birthplace of senior officials of the financial supervision agency and the RMB loan data of prefecture-level city financial institutions. While senior financial officials received more loans from their native cities than non-birthplace cities, their native and first workplace loans did not increase. Further analysis shows that there is no spatial diffusion effect in birthplace preference behavior, and financial officials' birthplace cities in provinces, other cities in the same province and neighboring cities have not received more loans. Through the analysis of different kinds of loans, it is found that birthplace's preference for promoting economic growth is obvious, which mainly increases the industrial loan of the city where the senior financial officials were born, and does not affect the agricultural and commercial loans. This paper further enriches the literature of local preference from the perspective of credit allocation of financial institutions and provides evidence for the intervention of the central government in the allocation of financial resources.
