【摘要】：2015年8.11匯改以來,人民幣匯率形成機(jī)制不斷完善。對(duì)于開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)大國(guó)而言,匯率制度選擇具有牽一發(fā)而動(dòng)全身的效應(yīng),匯率機(jī)制市場(chǎng)化改革依然任重而道遠(yuǎn)。未來深化匯率機(jī)制改革應(yīng)處理好市場(chǎng)力量與政策干預(yù)的關(guān)系、人民幣匯率穩(wěn)定與彈性的關(guān)系、改革推進(jìn)的相機(jī)抉擇與預(yù)期疏導(dǎo)的關(guān)系、匯率機(jī)制改革與外匯市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的關(guān)系、人民幣匯率與人民幣國(guó)際化的關(guān)系、跨境資本流動(dòng)管理與發(fā)展對(duì)外投資的關(guān)系、匯率基本穩(wěn)定與外匯儲(chǔ)備波動(dòng)的關(guān)系以及市場(chǎng)需求與政策選擇的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Since the exchange rate reform of 8. 11 in 2015, the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism has been continuously improved. For a large open economy, the choice of exchange rate system has the effect of pulling the hair and moving the whole body, and the market-oriented reform of the exchange rate mechanism still has a long way to go. To deepen the reform of exchange rate mechanism in the future, we should deal well with the relationship between market forces and policy intervention, the relationship between RMB exchange rate stability and flexibility, the relationship between the choice of reform and expected guidance, and the relationship between the reform of exchange rate mechanism and the development of foreign exchange market. The relationship between RMB exchange rate and RMB internationalization, the relationship between cross-border capital flow management and the development of foreign investment, the relationship between exchange rate stability and foreign exchange reserve fluctuation, and the relationship between market demand and policy choice.
