【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),隨著P2P通訊技術(shù)與區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的成熟,哈耶克所預(yù)言的"非國(guó)家化貨幣"有了技術(shù)可行性,某種類似于黃金本位的區(qū)塊鏈?zhǔn)椒ǘㄘ泿朋w系可能在未來(lái)出現(xiàn)。本文在總結(jié)現(xiàn)行區(qū)塊鏈貨幣技術(shù)特點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)上,分析了區(qū)塊鏈?zhǔn)椒ǘㄘ泿朋w系的制度優(yōu)勢(shì),探討了承擔(dān)法定貨幣職能時(shí)區(qū)塊鏈貨幣的技術(shù)形態(tài),研究了區(qū)塊鏈?zhǔn)椒ǘㄘ泿朋w系下支付體系、貨幣政策、金融監(jiān)管的可能變化。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21st century, with the maturity of P2P communication technology and block chain technology, the "non-national currency" predicted by Hayek has the technical feasibility, and some block chain legal tender system similar to the gold standard may emerge in the future. On the basis of summarizing the technical characteristics of current block chain money, this paper analyzes the institutional advantages of block chain legal currency system, and probes into the technical form of block chain currency when it assumes the function of legal currency. The possible changes of payment system, monetary policy and financial supervision under block chain legal tender system are studied.
