【摘要】:隨著科技的進(jìn)步和社會(huì)的發(fā)展國(guó)內(nèi)支付行業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,傳統(tǒng)現(xiàn)金支付方式已經(jīng)逐步被銀行卡、微信、支付寶等現(xiàn)代支付模式取代。尤其是近幾年信息技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)廣泛普及,大數(shù)據(jù)崛起,諸多的利好因素促進(jìn)了金融市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代金融支付已經(jīng)遍布人們工作、娛樂(lè)、生活、學(xué)習(xí)的方方面面。支付行業(yè)展現(xiàn)出廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景和巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿。神思電子技術(shù)股份有限公司是國(guó)內(nèi)高新技術(shù)先進(jìn)企業(yè),主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)范圍包括便捷支付、移動(dòng)展業(yè)、銀醫(yī)自助、計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)、人工智能等領(lǐng)域。2015年6月神思電子技術(shù)股份有限公司登陸創(chuàng)業(yè)板之后,基于自身的技術(shù)積累和行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),深入研究大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算、人工智能等新興技術(shù),制定了"從行業(yè)深耕到行業(yè)貫通、從身份識(shí)別到智能認(rèn)知"的新戰(zhàn)略。依據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,金融支付業(yè)務(wù)是公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中的重點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)之一。本文在基于國(guó)內(nèi)支付行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、對(duì)比分析法等研究方法對(duì)神思電子技術(shù)股份有限公司支付業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行深入分析研究。論文寫作中結(jié)合自身工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)通過(guò)對(duì)支付行業(yè)的宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行PEST模型分析,對(duì)神思電子支付業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行SWOT模型分析、波特五力模型分析,明確將神思電子技術(shù)股份有限公司支付業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方向定位為支付行業(yè)的產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)商、應(yīng)用軟件供商以及支付運(yùn)營(yíng)商。最后得出神思電子支付業(yè)務(wù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略:聚焦便捷支付領(lǐng)域,建立獨(dú)立完善的第三方收單和聚合支付運(yùn)營(yíng)體系,加速研發(fā)支付行業(yè)配套軟硬件產(chǎn)品,拓展支付行業(yè)增值服務(wù)。本文在神思電子技術(shù)股份有限公司支付業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略研究中,針對(duì)公司特有資源提出三方面的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):首先,"聚合支付"是本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)支付行業(yè)發(fā)展研究后結(jié)合神思電子現(xiàn)狀提出的支付業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新觀點(diǎn),也是未來(lái)金融支付行業(yè)發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì)。其次,預(yù)測(cè)隨著支付技術(shù)的發(fā)展和智能識(shí)別技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,指靜脈支付、人臉支付等生物識(shí)別技術(shù)將應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代支付行業(yè),生物特征將取代現(xiàn)有市場(chǎng)的支付載體成為主流的支付模式。最后創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是將大數(shù)據(jù)增值服務(wù)應(yīng)用于便捷支付領(lǐng)域,并納入神思電子支付業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃中。本文通過(guò)分析得出神思電子支付業(yè)務(wù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略并對(duì)戰(zhàn)略的可行性和實(shí)施保障進(jìn)行論證分析。神思電子支付業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施為公司在金融行業(yè)的深耕奠定了基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)論文中對(duì)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀、行業(yè)環(huán)境、公司內(nèi)外部資源的分析也可為公司其他業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展提供參考。由于時(shí)間和公司信息披露的局限性,本文中針對(duì)神思電子支付業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的研究主要圍繞公司支付業(yè)務(wù)的重點(diǎn)方案和產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行的研究,沒(méi)有能夠?qū)舅械闹Ц懂a(chǎn)品進(jìn)行論證研究,這是本論文的不足之處。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the development of society, the domestic payment industry market has changed dramatically. The traditional cash payment mode has been gradually replaced by modern payment modes such as bank card, WeChat, Alipay and so on. Especially in recent years, the rapid development of information technology, the wide spread of the Internet, the rise of big data, a lot of favorable factors to promote the development of financial markets, modern financial payment has spread all aspects of people's work, entertainment, life, learning. Payment industry shows broad market prospects and huge development potential. Shensi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a domestic high-tech advanced enterprises, the main business scope includes convenient payment, mobile exhibition industry, silver medicine self-help, computer vision, Artificial intelligence and other fields. After Shensi Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. landed on the gem in June 2015, based on its own technology accumulation and industry experience, it thoroughly studied emerging technologies such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, etc. The new strategy of "from industry deep cultivation to industry penetration, from identity recognition to intelligence cognition" was formulated. According to the company's strategic plan, financial payment business is one of the key business in the company's development strategy. Based on the current situation of domestic payment industry, this paper makes a deep analysis and research on the payment business of Shensi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd by means of investigation, literature research and comparative analysis. In this paper, the author analyzes the macro environment of payment industry by PEST model, the development of Shensi electronic payment business by SWOT model and Porter's five-force model. The payment business of Shensi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is clearly positioned as the product supplier, application software provider and payment operator in the payment industry. Finally, the competitive strategy of Shensi electronic payment business is obtained: focus on convenient payment field, establish independent and perfect third party receipt and aggregate payment operation system, accelerate research and development of software and hardware products in payment industry, and expand value-added services in payment industry. This paper studies the competitive strategy of payment business in Shensi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. First, "aggregate payment" is an innovative view of the development of payment business, which is put forward in this paper after researching the development of domestic payment industry, combined with the current situation of Shensi Electronics, and put forward three innovative points of innovation in view of the unique resources of the company. It is also the new trend of the development of the financial payment industry in the future. Secondly, it is predicted that with the development of payment technology and the progress of intelligent recognition technology, biometrics such as venous payment and face payment will be applied to the modern payment industry. Biometrics will replace payment carriers in existing markets as mainstream payment modes. The last innovation is the application of big data value-added service in the field of convenient payment, which is incorporated into the development plan of Shensi Electronic payment Service. In this paper, the competitive strategy of Shensi electronic payment business is obtained, and the feasibility and implementation guarantee of the strategy are demonstrated and analyzed. The establishment and implementation of the competitive strategy of Shensi-Electronic payment has laid a foundation for the company's deep cultivation in the financial industry. At the same time, the paper has discussed the current situation of the market and the environment of the industry. The analysis of internal and external resources can also provide reference for the development of other business. Due to the limitation of time and company information disclosure, the research on the competitive strategy of Shensi electronic payment business is mainly focused on the key schemes and products of the company's payment business. The deficiency of this paper is that there is no demonstration and research on all the payment products of the company.
