【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,全球經(jīng)濟金融形勢發(fā)生了深刻變化。從國際看,世界經(jīng)濟處在危機后的深度調(diào)整期,國際金融市場波動加劇,地緣政治等非經(jīng)濟因素影響加大;從國內(nèi)看,過去支撐經(jīng)濟高速增長的要素條件和市場環(huán)境發(fā)生明顯改變,經(jīng)濟潛在增長率趨于下行,趨勢性、階段性、周期性矛盾相互交織,經(jīng)濟進入新常態(tài),結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和動能轉(zhuǎn)換任務(wù)艱巨,經(jīng)濟金融發(fā)展面臨全新的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。面對新的更加復(fù)雜的經(jīng)濟金融環(huán)境,以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央切實立足我國金融業(yè)發(fā)展實際,勇于實踐,善于創(chuàng)新,不斷深化對經(jīng)濟金融發(fā)展規(guī)律的認識,對當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟金融形勢作出科學(xué)而深刻的論斷,以新思想引領(lǐng)新常態(tài),以新理念指導(dǎo)新實踐,以新戰(zhàn)略謀求新發(fā)展,保持戰(zhàn)略定力,牢牢把握經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主動權(quán),為新時期經(jīng)濟金融良性循環(huán)健康發(fā)展提供了思想指導(dǎo)和根本遵循。在黨中央的堅強領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,我國金融改革發(fā)展取得了新的重大成就,金融業(yè)保持快速發(fā)展,金融產(chǎn)品日益豐富,金融服務(wù)普惠性增強,金融改革有序推進,金融體系不斷完善,人民幣國際化和金融雙向開放取得新進展,金融監(jiān)管得到改進,守住不發(fā)生系統(tǒng)性金融風(fēng)險底線的能力增強,金融治理的效能不斷加強,水平不斷提高。在中國共產(chǎn)黨第十九次全國代表大會即將召開之際,本刊組織"十八大以來的金融發(fā)展"特別報道,通過權(quán)威聲音、金融政策大事及經(jīng)濟金融發(fā)展數(shù)據(jù)三部分,系統(tǒng)反映黨的十八大以來中國金融理念的發(fā)展創(chuàng)新、金融治理的豐富完善和金融業(yè)發(fā)展所取得的巨大成就。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th Party Congress, the global economic and financial situation has undergone profound changes. From the international point of view, the world economy is in a period of deep adjustment after the crisis, the volatility of international financial markets has intensified, and the influence of non-economic factors such as geopolitics has increased; from the domestic point of view, In the past, the factors and market environment that underpinned the rapid economic growth have changed markedly, and the potential growth rate of the economy has tended to be downward, trendy, phased, and cyclical contradictions intertwined with each other, and the economy has entered a new normal. The task of structural adjustment and kinetic energy transformation is arduous, and the development of economy and finance faces new problems and challenges. In the face of the new and more complex economic and financial environment, the Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, is firmly based on the reality of the development of our financial industry, has the courage to practice, is good at innovation, and constantly deepens the understanding of the laws of economic and financial development. To make a scientific and profound judgment on the current economic and financial situation, to guide the new normal with new ideas, to guide new practices with new ideas, to seek new development with new strategies, to maintain strategic stability, and to firmly grasp the initiative of economic development. For the new period of sound cycle of economic and financial development to provide ideological guidance and fundamental compliance. Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee, China's financial reform and development has made new major achievements, the financial industry has maintained rapid development, financial products are increasingly rich, financial services are becoming more inclusive, financial reform has been advanced in an orderly manner, and the financial system has been continuously improved. New progress has been made in RMB internationalization and two-way financial opening, financial supervision has been improved, the ability to hold on to the bottom line of non-systemic financial risks has been enhanced, and the effectiveness and level of financial governance have been continuously strengthened. On the occasion of the upcoming 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the journal organized a special report on "Financial Development since the 18th National Congress," through three parts: authoritative voice, financial policy events and data on economic and financial development. The system reflects the development and innovation of Chinese financial concept, the rich perfection of financial governance and the great achievements made in the development of financial industry since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
