【摘要】：境外控制行業(yè)與境內(nèi)控制行業(yè)的價(jià)格變動(dòng)存在何種差異?是前者的漲幅更大?還是后者?這是政府及學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)心的重要問題。本文在識(shí)別境外控制行業(yè)與境內(nèi)控制行業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用中國工業(yè)行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)兩者價(jià)格變動(dòng)的差異進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),境外控制行業(yè)價(jià)格的年均上漲率比境內(nèi)控制行業(yè)低2.2%,并且境外控制行業(yè)價(jià)格的變動(dòng)更為平均。將境內(nèi)控制行業(yè)分為國有控制行業(yè)和私營控制行業(yè),發(fā)現(xiàn)境外控制行業(yè)價(jià)格的年均上漲率比國有控制行業(yè)、私營控制行業(yè)分別低2.4%、1.9%。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)外資控制力高的境外控制行業(yè)與境內(nèi)控制行業(yè)的價(jià)格變動(dòng)差距更明顯。這些結(jié)論為人們進(jìn)一步客觀評(píng)價(jià)新時(shí)期的外資政策效果提供了經(jīng)驗(yàn)支持。
[Abstract]:What is the difference between the price change of the overseas control industry and the domestic control industry? Is the former a bigger increase? Or the latter? This is an important issue of concern to the government and academia. On the basis of identifying the overseas control industry and the domestic control industry, this paper makes an empirical study on the difference between the price changes of the two industries by using the industrial data of China. The results show that the average annual price increase rate of offshore control industry is 2.2% lower than that of domestic control industry, and the change of overseas controlled industry price is more average. The domestic control industry is divided into state-owned control industry and private control industry. It is found that the average annual price increase rate of offshore control industry is 2.4% lower than that of state-owned control industry, and that of private control industry is 1.9% lower than that of state-owned control industry. The study also found that the price change gap between the foreign control industry and the domestic control industry is more obvious. These conclusions provide empirical support for further objective evaluation of the effect of foreign investment policy in the new period.
