互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融視角下商業(yè)銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究

【摘要】:在我國(guó),商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展總是伴隨著不同的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。近年來,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展和我國(guó)對(duì)金融行業(yè)改革的深入,金融與網(wǎng)絡(luò)不斷融合,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融逐漸萌芽并迅速發(fā)展,同時(shí)也給傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行帶來了巨大沖擊。商業(yè)銀行在面對(duì)行業(yè)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的同時(shí),還要接受跨行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)帶來的巨大壓力。本文基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的出現(xiàn)與發(fā)展,對(duì)商業(yè)銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行研究分析;诨ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)金融視角研究商業(yè)銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,主要從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對(duì)商業(yè)銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響的機(jī)理分析和實(shí)證分析兩個(gè)方面展開。在理論分析層面,本文通過使用資金需求方與供給方對(duì)資金的議價(jià)能力、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融作為潛在進(jìn)入者進(jìn)入金融行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的能力、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融產(chǎn)品作為替代品代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的能力、行業(yè)內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力即波特五力模型的五個(gè)方面來充分涵蓋互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對(duì)商業(yè)銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的綜合影響。在實(shí)證分析過程中,本文構(gòu)建了具有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融基因的商業(yè)銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)商業(yè)銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)與完善,具有參考意義。本文的核心工作是基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對(duì)商業(yè)銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行研究,并有針對(duì)性的提出提升商業(yè)銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的建議,為此構(gòu)建了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融影響下的商業(yè)銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系。在評(píng)價(jià)體系中選取了三大類指標(biāo),一類是基礎(chǔ)性指標(biāo),主要體現(xiàn)銀行的實(shí)力與規(guī)模,一類是體現(xiàn)銀行"三性"的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo),最后一類是體現(xiàn)銀行互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的指標(biāo)。在具體分析評(píng)價(jià)過程中,選取了17家全國(guó)性商業(yè)銀行近五年的數(shù)據(jù),使用因子分析法對(duì)三大類19個(gè)指標(biāo)下的各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行研究。最后,本文結(jié)合因子分析的結(jié)果,在綜合考慮商業(yè)銀行行業(yè)內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和跨行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了提升商業(yè)銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的幾條建議。銀行不僅要在安全防范、規(guī)模效益、中間業(yè)務(wù)、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)等方面加以強(qiáng)化,還要加強(qiáng)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融相關(guān)企業(yè)的合作,不斷提升銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平。
[Abstract]:In China, the development of commercial banks is always accompanied by different opportunities and challenges. In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology and the deepening of financial industry reform in our country, the combination of finance and network has made Internet finance sprout and develop rapidly, which has also brought great impact to the traditional commercial banks. Commercial banks in the face of competition within the industry, but also accept cross-industry competition brought great pressure. Based on the emergence and development of Internet finance, this paper analyzes the competitiveness of commercial banks. This paper studies the competitiveness of commercial banks from the perspective of Internet finance, mainly from two aspects: the mechanism analysis and empirical analysis of the impact of Internet finance on the competitiveness of commercial banks. At the level of theoretical analysis, by using the bargaining power of the demand side and the supply side, the Internet finance can enter the financial industry as a potential entrant. Internet financial products as a substitute for the traditional commercial bank products and services, the competitiveness of the industry competition is the five aspects of Porter's five forces model to fully cover the comprehensive impact of Internet finance on the competitiveness of commercial banks. In the process of empirical analysis, this paper constructs a commercial bank competitiveness index system with Internet finance gene, which has reference significance for the evaluation and improvement of commercial bank competitiveness. The core work of this paper is to study the competitiveness of commercial banks based on Internet finance, and put forward some suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of commercial banks. Therefore, the evaluation system of competitiveness of commercial banks under the influence of Internet finance is constructed. In the evaluation system, three kinds of indicators are selected, one is the basic index, which mainly reflects the strength and scale of the bank, the other is the competitiveness index of the bank's "three properties", and the last one is the index of the bank's Internet financial competitiveness. In the process of concrete analysis and evaluation, the data of 17 national commercial banks in the past five years are selected, and the data under 19 indexes of three categories are studied by factor analysis method. Finally, based on the results of factor analysis, this paper puts forward several suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of commercial banks on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the internal competition and cross-industry competition of commercial banks. Banks should not only strengthen their security precautions, economies of scale, intermediate business, innovative products and services, but also strengthen cooperation with Internet finance related enterprises to continuously enhance the competitiveness of banks.
