【摘要】：開發(fā)性金融"走出去"過程中很重要的兩條原則就是要"先義后利"和樹立大風險觀,將金融要素資源的外部性進行合理掌控,盡可能激勵合作國參與到全方位的合作過程中,實現(xiàn)共贏發(fā)展。這意味著中國將會逐步形成一個覆蓋全世界主要新興經(jīng)濟體、發(fā)展中國家及部分發(fā)達國家的全球性新型經(jīng)濟金融合作網(wǎng)絡。為此,有必要對開發(fā)性金融在這一網(wǎng)絡中的正外部性進行深入分析和理解。我們需要充分運用開發(fā)性金融的網(wǎng)絡外部性作用形成共生關(guān)系的開放性金融合作網(wǎng)絡。
[Abstract]:The two important principles in the process of "going out" of development finance are to "advance and benefit" and to set up the view of big risk, to control the externality of financial element resources reasonably, and to encourage cooperative countries to participate in the process of all-round cooperation as much as possible. Achieving win-win development. This means that China will gradually form a new global economic and financial cooperation network covering the world's major emerging economies, developing countries and some developed countries. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and understand the positive externalities of development finance in this network. We need to make full use of the network externality of development finance to form an open financial cooperation network with symbiotic relationship.
