【摘要】：隨著金融開放步伐的加快和金融市場化進程的深化,金融業(yè)的發(fā)展在城市發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著日益重要的作用。一個城市具有較強的金融競爭力,投資環(huán)境足夠優(yōu)良,融資渠道得以暢通,才能吸引資金,從而促進經濟以及各項事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。廣州具有毗鄰港澳的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,隨著廣州、香港、澳門經濟聯(lián)系的日益緊密,廣州、香港、澳門的金融合作也在不斷增強。廣州歷來也是我國華南地區(qū)的經濟和金融要地。近年來,廣州南沙自貿區(qū)的建立,為廣州的金融業(yè)發(fā)展帶來了新的機遇,如果采取有力的措施,奮力開拓金融業(yè),廣州市金融業(yè)完全可以更上一層樓。基于這樣的背景,本文主要是以提升廣州市金融競爭力為最終目標,首先以金融資源理論、金融地理學理論和金融發(fā)展理論為基礎分析了金融競爭力的影響因素,并結合IMD設定的金融競爭力評價指標體系構建出城市金融競爭力評價指標體系;然后運用主成分分析方法,對篩選出的包括廣州在內的13個金融城市進行綜合評價,同時還對近10年廣州市金融競爭力的變化情況進行了縱向分析,從而總結出廣州市在金融競爭力方面的優(yōu)勢、劣勢等;最后針對廣州市在商業(yè)環(huán)境中的比較優(yōu)勢和金融市場發(fā)展中的不足提出了相關對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of financial opening and the deepening of financial marketization, the development of financial industry plays an increasingly important role in urban development. A city has a strong financial competitiveness, investment environment is good enough, financing channels can be unblocked, can attract funds, thereby promoting the healthy development of the economy and various undertakings. Guangzhou has a geographical advantage adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao. As economic ties between Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao become increasingly close, financial cooperation among Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao is also increasing. Guangzhou has always been the economic and financial center of South China. In recent years, the establishment of Nansha Free Trade Zone in Guangzhou has brought new opportunities for the development of the financial industry in Guangzhou. Based on this background, this paper mainly aims at improving the financial competitiveness of Guangzhou. Firstly, based on the theory of financial resources, the theory of financial geography and the theory of financial development, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of financial competitiveness. Combined with the evaluation index system of financial competitiveness set by IMD, the evaluation index system of urban financial competitiveness is constructed, and then 13 financial cities, including Guangzhou, are comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis. At the same time, the changes of Guangzhou's financial competitiveness in the past 10 years are analyzed vertically, and the advantages and disadvantages of Guangzhou's financial competitiveness are summed up. Finally, the relative countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the light of the comparative advantage of Guangzhou in the commercial environment and the deficiency in the development of financial market.
