【摘要】：從1971年起,主要貨幣都不再與某種商品掛鉤,人類歷史上第一次完全進(jìn)入不可兌換的管理貨幣時(shí)代。然而,在愈演愈烈的生態(tài)和金融雙重危機(jī)下,世界性的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方向和方式的根本轉(zhuǎn)變正在發(fā)生,貨幣制度也在尋求新的變革。本文探討了各種貨幣制度改革主張,厘清真正可持續(xù)的貨幣制度改革方向:給管理貨幣加上穩(wěn)定錨,體現(xiàn)生態(tài)限度與社會(huì)包容發(fā)展的基本要求。
[Abstract]:Since 1971, major currencies are no longer tied to a commodity, and for the first time in human history they have entered the era of non-convertible managed currencies. However, under the double crises of ecology and finance, the fundamental change of the direction and mode of social and economic development in the world is taking place, and the monetary system is seeking new changes. This paper discusses various kinds of monetary system reform proposals and clarifies the direction of truly sustainable monetary system reform: putting a stable anchor on the management of money and embodying the basic requirements of ecological limit and social inclusive development.
