【摘要】：京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展在于金融一體化"破局"。京津冀金融一體化實現(xiàn)金融資源優(yōu)化配置,能夠有效提升金融資源利用效率,切實推進(jìn)京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展。近年來,京津冀金融一體化程度得到顯著提升,但是仍然處于較低水平。京津冀金融一體化面臨著金融資源分布不平衡、金融要素市場行政分割嚴(yán)重、前瞻性戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃不足、機制設(shè)計滯后等問題。作為一項復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,京津冀金融一體化不僅需要科學(xué)謀劃中長期目標(biāo),也需要近期安排;既需要選擇適宜的運行模式,也需要有相應(yīng)的制度保障。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei lies in the financial integration. The financial integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei can effectively promote the efficiency of financial resources utilization and promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. In recent years, the degree of financial integration between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has been improved significantly, but it is still at a low level. The financial integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is faced with the problems of unbalanced distribution of financial resources, serious administrative segmentation of financial factor market, lack of forward-looking strategic planning and lagging of mechanism design. As a complex system engineering, the financial integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei needs not only the long-term scientific goal, but also the short-term arrangement.
