【摘要】：實(shí)現(xiàn)住房公積金的異地自由轉(zhuǎn)移,是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代數(shù)字化政務(wù)的一個(gè)典范案例,可謂一舉多得的善政。這不僅有利于就業(yè)者在不同城市的工作轉(zhuǎn)換和自由流動(dòng),平衡地區(qū)發(fā)展,還有利于房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的區(qū)域平衡,以及各地住房公積金管理中心提高綜合專(zhuān)業(yè)能力。完善這一善政,還需要做好便利性與安全性之間的合理平衡。
[Abstract]:The realization of the free transfer of housing accumulation fund is a typical case of digital government in the Internet era, which can be described as good governance with more than one stone. This is not only conducive to the job transformation and free flow of the employed in different cities, balanced regional development, but also conducive to the regional balance of the real estate market, as well as the housing accumulation fund management centers in various areas to improve their comprehensive professional ability. To perfect this good governance, we also need to strike a reasonable balance between convenience and safety.
