【摘要】：外商投資對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的形成有一定貢獻(xiàn)。我國(guó)外商投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)說(shuō)明,"污染避難所"假說(shuō)在我國(guó)成立。在外商投資的重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域制造業(yè)中,污染密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)又是外商投資比例較大的領(lǐng)域。為了改善生態(tài)環(huán)境,必須進(jìn)行外商投資產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整。政府在外商產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中的主導(dǎo)作用主要表現(xiàn)在加強(qiáng)對(duì)外商投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)方向的引導(dǎo)、完善外商直接投資的環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、嚴(yán)格外商投資產(chǎn)業(yè)的環(huán)境監(jiān)管等方面。
[Abstract]:Foreign investment has contributed to the formation of China's current industrial structure.The industrial structure of foreign investment in China shows that the "pollution shelter" hypothesis is established in China.The pollution-intensive industry is the most important field of foreign investment in the manufacturing industry.In order to improve the ecological environment, we must adjust the industrial structure of foreign investment.The leading role of the government in the adjustment of foreign investment industrial structure mainly lies in strengthening the guidance to the industrial direction of foreign investment, perfecting the environmental standard of foreign direct investment, and strictly enforcing the environmental supervision of foreign investment industry.
