G銀行通道類授信業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制研究

【摘要】:自2012年我國商業(yè)銀行開展通道類授信業(yè)務(wù)后,商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新力度顯著增強(qiáng),創(chuàng)新速度顯著加快,加上最近幾年金融環(huán)境的日益寬松,也就使得商業(yè)銀行更多的將業(yè)務(wù)重點(diǎn)從傳統(tǒng)的存貸款業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)移到通道類授信業(yè)務(wù)中去,大部分商業(yè)銀行通道類授信業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模也就急劇上升,而商業(yè)銀行該業(yè)務(wù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范也就成了最近幾年我國風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的重中之重。本文以商業(yè)銀行通道類授信業(yè)務(wù)為寫作重點(diǎn),并對G銀行某一段時(shí)間內(nèi)該業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的具體情況做了一個(gè)案例分析,提出其可能會(huì)產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并針對這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出自己的建議和對策。G銀行作為地方性小型商業(yè)銀行,也是通道類授信業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展較快的銀行,分析其業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展模式對于江西省乃至全國中小商業(yè)銀行開展通道類授信業(yè)務(wù)提供一些建議。在本文第一章節(jié)中,本文簡單的介紹通道類授信業(yè)務(wù)的研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法、研究思路和本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足。本文第二章節(jié)著重介紹了商業(yè)銀行通道類授信業(yè)務(wù)的基本概述,包括通道類授信業(yè)務(wù)的定義、特點(diǎn)、業(yè)務(wù)的基本類型、國內(nèi)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)界定和當(dāng)前國內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理界定。第三章和第四章是本文的核心部分。本文第三章主要是通過以G銀行為實(shí)例詳細(xì)生動(dòng)的講述了該銀行的通道類授信業(yè)務(wù)的操作流程及具體實(shí)施細(xì)節(jié),在本章的最后也針對上面的業(yè)務(wù)分析提出了G銀行該業(yè)務(wù)中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及對這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出簡要的措施。第四章從銀行內(nèi)部層面、外部監(jiān)管層面兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)一步對通道類授信業(yè)務(wù)中可能會(huì)存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出詳細(xì)的防御措施。本文的最后一章對全文進(jìn)行了一個(gè)總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Since 2012, the commercial banks of our country developed the channel credit business, the innovation intensity of the commercial banks' products has been greatly strengthened, the innovation speed has been quickened significantly, and the financial environment has been increasingly relaxed in recent years. As a result, commercial banks will shift their business emphasis from traditional deposit and loan business to channel type credit business, and the scale of most commercial banks' channel type credit business will rise sharply. The risk prevention of commercial banks has become the most important part of risk management in China in recent years. A case study on the development of G Bank in a certain period of time is given, and the possible risks are put forward, and some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward. G Bank is a small local commercial bank. It is also the bank with fast development of channel credit business. This paper analyzes its business development mode and provides some suggestions for Jiangxi Province and even small and medium-sized commercial banks throughout the country to carry out channel credit business. In the first chapter of this paper, This paper briefly introduces the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status, research methods, The second chapter mainly introduces the basic overview of commercial bank channel credit business, including the definition, characteristics, basic types of business, domestic development status, including the definition of channel type credit business. The definition of business risk and current domestic business risk management. Chapter 3 and chapter 4 are the core of this paper. The third chapter is mainly through the G bank as an example to describe the channel credit of the bank in detail and vividly. The operation flow of the business and the details of its implementation, At the end of this chapter, we also put forward the risk of G Bank in this business and the measures to deal with these risks. Chapter four is from the internal level of the bank. Two aspects of external supervision further provide a detailed defense against the possible risks in the channel credit business.
