【摘要】:在當(dāng)前國家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)與轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的呼聲日益高漲,科技金融的春天乍暖還寒,銀行業(yè)市場(chǎng)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更趨激烈的新時(shí)代背景下,搞清楚商業(yè)銀行的目標(biāo)客戶市場(chǎng)是否可以前移至高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的初創(chuàng)科技型企業(yè),商業(yè)銀行是否適合選擇科技金融作為差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)以銀行間接融資為金融市場(chǎng)主導(dǎo)力量的中國而言尤其重要。通過本文研究,希望能夠促進(jìn)更多的商業(yè)銀行走上差異化發(fā)展道路,實(shí)現(xiàn)錯(cuò)位競(jìng)爭(zhēng),形成更加多層次的商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)體系,促進(jìn)銀行業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展;實(shí)現(xiàn)差異服務(wù),滿足金融市場(chǎng)日益豐富的不同需求,促進(jìn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、案例分析法、工具模型法等研究方法,以H銀行重慶分行為研究對(duì)象,研究了科技金融差異化戰(zhàn)略的選擇與實(shí)施問題。本文共有八個(gè)部分:第一部分是緒論,闡述了研究背景與意義、科技金融的概念、研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法以及思路;第二部分是文獻(xiàn)綜述、戰(zhàn)略理論與分析方法;第三部分是中美商業(yè)銀行科技金融的實(shí)踐與借鑒;第四部分是基于科技金融戰(zhàn)略選擇的H銀行重慶分行外部環(huán)境分析;第五部分是基于科技金融戰(zhàn)略選擇的H銀行重慶分行內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析;第六部分是H銀行重慶分行科技金融SWOT分析與差異化戰(zhàn)略選擇研究,運(yùn)用SWOT和雷達(dá)圖工具分析選擇確定科技金融差異化戰(zhàn)略,為H銀行重慶分行到底該走什么路、舉什么旗的問題找到答案;第七部分為H銀行重慶分行制定科技金融差異化戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方案;第八部分是研究結(jié)論。率先提出“專利價(jià)值分析技術(shù)三級(jí)嵌入銀行授信業(yè)務(wù)”的模式構(gòu)想,具體提出了甄別科技企業(yè)技術(shù)價(jià)值的關(guān)鍵是知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)價(jià)值分析,科技銀行應(yīng)像重視財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表分析那樣重視專利價(jià)值分析的觀點(diǎn),并構(gòu)想從產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)分布調(diào)研(客戶搜尋)、客戶信用評(píng)級(jí)、專利質(zhì)押估值等三個(gè)層次跨界引入專利價(jià)值分析技術(shù)。其次,在戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方案中,原創(chuàng)性地設(shè)計(jì)出了“三維一體作戰(zhàn)陣形”等戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的視覺表達(dá)模型。再次,綜合運(yùn)用“波特競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略”與“藍(lán)海競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略”兩種對(duì)立統(tǒng)一的理論思想,對(duì)科技金融與公司業(yè)務(wù)交叉關(guān)系作了重要的概念界定,區(qū)分了“紅區(qū)”成熟企業(yè)紅海市場(chǎng)、“藍(lán)區(qū)”初創(chuàng)企業(yè)利基/藍(lán)海市場(chǎng)等兩類市場(chǎng)并匹配差異化的戰(zhàn)略營銷方案,解決了一直以來往往將兩者混淆的問題。第四,綜合性、創(chuàng)造性地運(yùn)用了多種經(jīng)典的戰(zhàn)略管理工具。本文綜合使用了PEST分析法、SWOT分析法、雷達(dá)圖分析法、藍(lán)海戰(zhàn)略布局圖和價(jià)值鏈分析圖等多種戰(zhàn)略表達(dá)工具與分析方法。其中,創(chuàng)造性地組合運(yùn)用SWOT與雷達(dá)圖分析工具并加入時(shí)間維度跨越經(jīng)濟(jì)周期波峰與波谷而動(dòng)態(tài)研究了科技金融戰(zhàn)略的選擇問題。本文研究成果,對(duì)商業(yè)銀行制定競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略具有一定的參考和借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the current national innovation driving and transformation of the voice is growing, the spring of science and technology finance is still warm, the banking market competition is more fierce in the new era background. To find out whether the target customer market of commercial banks can move forward to high risk start-up science and technology enterprises, and whether commercial banks are suitable to choose science and technology finance as the competitive advantage of differentiation. It is especially important for China with indirect bank financing as the dominant force in the financial market. Through the research of this paper, we hope to promote more commercial banks to take the road of differentiated development and realize mismatch competition. Forming a more multi-level commercial bank service system to promote the healthy and orderly development of the banking industry; To achieve differential services to meet the increasingly rich needs of the financial market to promote social and economic development. This paper uses the literature method, case analysis method, tool model method and other research methods. Taking H Bank Chongqing Branch as the research object, this paper studies the choice and implementation of technology finance differentiation strategy. There are eight parts in this paper: the first part is the introduction, elaborated the research background and significance. The concept of science and technology finance, research contents and methods, and ideas; The second part is literature review, strategic theory and analysis methods; The third part is the practice and reference of science and technology finance of Chinese and American commercial banks. The 4th part is the analysis of the external environment of Chongqing Branch of H Bank based on the strategic choice of S & T finance. The 5th part is the analysis of the internal environment of Chongqing Branch of H Bank based on the strategic choice of S & T finance. The 6th part is the research of SWOT analysis and differentiation strategy choice of H Bank Chongqing Branch. It uses SWOT and radar chart tools to select and determine the differentiation strategy of science and technology finance. For H bank Chongqing branch in the end should take what way, what flag to raise the question to find out the answer; 7th part for H Bank Chongqing Branch to formulate the implementation plan of science and technology finance differentiation strategy; The 8th part is the conclusion of the research. It is the first to put forward the model of "patent value analysis technology is embedded in bank credit business", and the key to identify the technology value of science and technology enterprises is the analysis of intellectual property value. Science and technology banks should pay attention to patent value analysis as much as financial statement analysis, and conceive from the industrial technology distribution research (customer search, customer credit rating. Patent pledge valuation and other three levels of cross-border introduction of patent value analysis technology. Secondly, in the strategic implementation scheme, the original design of the "three-dimensional battle formation" such as the visual expression model of strategic planning. Third. Based on the theory of "Porter competitive Strategy" and "Blue Sea Competition Strategy", this paper defines the intersecting relationship between science and technology finance and company business. The paper distinguishes the "red zone" mature enterprise red sea market, the "blue zone" start-up niche / blue sea market and other two kinds of markets and matches the differentiated strategic marketing plan. It has solved the problem that has always confused the two. 4th, comprehensive, creative use of a variety of classic strategic management tools. Radar map analysis, blue sea strategic layout map and value chain analysis, and other strategic expression tools and analysis methods. Creative combination of SWOT and radar map analysis tools and the addition of time dimension across economic cycle peaks and troughs to dynamically study the choice of science and technology finance strategy. It has certain reference and reference value for commercial banks to formulate competitive strategy.
