【摘要】：近年來,受強勁的購房需求等因素的影響,我國家庭債務(wù)規(guī)模變得越來越大。適當(dāng)?shù)呢搨_實可以達到平滑消費、高生活質(zhì)量、擴大內(nèi)需的作用,為家庭取得更高的收入帶來一定的動力。但是過度負債將成為一個家庭負擔(dān),還債的壓力也足以將一個家庭壓得透不過氣,造成不良后果。因此本文利用西南財經(jīng)大學(xué)中國家庭金融調(diào)查與研究中心于2013年在全國范圍內(nèi)開展的中國家庭金融調(diào)查搜集整理后的數(shù)據(jù),參考國內(nèi)外文獻,咨詢專家,并結(jié)合實際生活經(jīng)驗,研究分析了我國家庭債務(wù)規(guī)模及債務(wù)償還能力。在本文研究過程中,應(yīng)用了stata、Excel等統(tǒng)計學(xué)軟件,先對我國家庭債務(wù)規(guī)模影響因素進行了述性統(tǒng)計,并且利用餅狀圖直觀的分析了我國家庭債務(wù)分布情況。其次,本文應(yīng)用多元回歸以及逐步回歸的方法,對我國家庭債務(wù)影響因素進行了篩選整合,進而建立了我國家庭債務(wù)規(guī)模影響因素回歸模型,以及我國家庭房產(chǎn)債務(wù)規(guī)模影響因素回歸模型、我國家庭經(jīng)營性債務(wù)規(guī)模影響因素回歸模型。再次,本文根據(jù)實際生活經(jīng)驗,并聽取專家意見,確定了我國家庭債無償還能力評價體系的指標,并利用層次分析法給各個指標賦予了一定的權(quán)重,最終構(gòu)建了我國家庭債務(wù)償還能力評價指標體系。本文創(chuàng)新性的建立了我國家庭債務(wù)規(guī)模影響因素回歸模型以及我國家庭債務(wù)償還能力評價體系,為借出款人以及銀行等信貸機構(gòu)是否借出款項供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the strong demand for housing and other factors, the scale of household debt in China has become larger and larger. Proper debt can indeed achieve smooth consumption, high quality of life, and expand domestic demand. But excessive debt will become a burden on the family, and the pressure to pay it will be enough to keep a family under pressure. Therefore, this paper uses the China Family Finance Survey and Research Center of Southwest University of Finance and Economics in 2013 to collect and collate the data. Referring to domestic and foreign literature, consulting experts, and combining with practical life experience, this paper studies and analyzes the scale of household debt and debt repayment ability in China. In the course of this study, stata is applied. Excel and other statistical software, first of all, the factors affecting the scale of household debt in China are described, and the pie chart is used to analyze the distribution of household debt. Secondly. This paper applies the method of multiple regression and stepwise regression to select and integrate the influencing factors of household debt in China, and then establish the regression model of influencing factors of family debt scale in China. As well as the family real estate debt scale influencing factors regression model, our country family operating debt scale factors regression model. Thirdly, according to the actual life experience, and listen to expert advice. The index of the evaluation system of the non-repayment ability of the family debt in our country is determined, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to give certain weight to each index. Finally, the evaluation index system of household debt repayment ability in China is constructed. The regression model of influencing factors of household debt scale and the evaluation system of household debt repayment ability in China are creatively established in this paper. The theoretical basis for lenders and credit institutions such as banks whether to lend money.
