【摘要】：2001年4月28日正式發(fā)布了《信托法》,并于2001年10月1日正式施行。信托行業(yè)在經(jīng)歷了一系列整頓及清理后,大大改善了信托行業(yè)的法律環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境,因此給信托行業(yè)帶來了史無前例的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)與挑戰(zhàn)。同時(shí),伴隨著中國家庭財(cái)富的快速積累和理財(cái)意識(shí)的逐步深化,傳統(tǒng)的儲(chǔ)蓄理財(cái)方式已經(jīng)不能滿足理財(cái)規(guī)劃,對(duì)于專業(yè)財(cái)富管理的需求也日益強(qiáng)烈,所以,財(cái)富管理市場(chǎng)的空間十分廣闊。同時(shí),財(cái)富管理的發(fā)展有助于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的發(fā)展,形成具有深度、廣度、多元化的資本市場(chǎng)體系,促進(jìn)中國資本市場(chǎng)健康有序地發(fā)展。近幾年來,盡管財(cái)富管理市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展不斷日益的壯大,但由于我國資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展起步較晚,處在初級(jí)階段的財(cái)富管理行業(yè),仍然存在著一些問題,不足以滿足市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的需求。時(shí)至今日,信托公司的發(fā)展依然不均衡,營業(yè)收入嚴(yán)重依賴于地產(chǎn)及基建業(yè)務(wù),而房地產(chǎn)及基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的發(fā)展均屬于周期性很強(qiáng)的行業(yè),造成信托行業(yè)利潤的不穩(wěn)定性與周期性。綜上可以看出,信托行業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展與盈利的契機(jī)是財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展與突破,促進(jìn)信托行業(yè)的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。本文在研究國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒國內(nèi)外對(duì)于財(cái)富管理及戰(zhàn)略管理的大量研究,以HB信托為案例,研究HB信托財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)目前情況和相關(guān)問題,之后,運(yùn)用SWOT分析、波特五力模型分析行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境、PEST分析宏觀發(fā)展環(huán)境等方法分析HB信托,同時(shí)對(duì)HB信托的財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營環(huán)境進(jìn)行深入分析。以HB信托財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的經(jīng)營環(huán)境分析為導(dǎo)向,深入研究HB信托財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)的多元化戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展以及相關(guān)的市場(chǎng)定位,最后,提出HB信托財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)施的保障措施。從以上論述中可以得出,根據(jù)HB信托的財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù),本文提出了相關(guān)建設(shè)性的發(fā)展建議,主要包括HB信托不僅要不斷壯大目標(biāo)客戶群,即中國高凈值財(cái)富群體,同時(shí)要抓住不斷提升滿足家庭理財(cái)?shù)亩鄻有孕枨蟮陌l(fā)展契機(jī),通過不斷發(fā)展財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)行業(yè)的盈利與進(jìn)步,進(jìn)而提升HB信托的經(jīng)營業(yè)績水平、市場(chǎng)地位、品牌效應(yīng)以及市場(chǎng)競爭力,為中國塑造最佳信托投資公司打下扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:On April 28th 2001, the Trust Law was officially issued, which was formally implemented in October 1st 2001. The trust industry has undergone a series of rectification and clean-up. The trust industry has greatly improved the legal environment, economic environment, social environment, so the trust industry has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges. At the same time. With the rapid accumulation of Chinese family wealth and the gradual deepening of financial awareness, the traditional way of saving and financing can not meet the financial planning, and the demand for professional wealth management is increasingly strong. At the same time, the development of wealth management is conducive to the development of economic transformation, forming a deep, wide and diversified capital market system. Promote the healthy and orderly development of China's capital market. In recent years, although the development of wealth management market is growing day by day, the capital market of our country starts late and is in the initial stage of wealth management industry. There are still some problems, not enough to meet the needs of market development. To this day, trust companies are still uneven development, operating income is heavily dependent on real estate and infrastructure business. The development of real estate and infrastructure is a strong cyclical industry, resulting in trust industry profit instability and periodicity. The opportunity for the trust industry to achieve sustainable and stable development and profit is the constant development and breakthrough of wealth management business, and promote the development opportunities of trust industry. This paper is based on the study of domestic and foreign literature. Referring to a large number of studies on wealth management and strategic management at home and abroad, taking HB trust as a case, the paper studies the current situation and related problems of HB trust wealth management business, and then uses SWOT to analyze it. Porter five-force model analysis of industry development environment pest analysis of macro-development environment and other methods to analyze HB trust. At the same time, the management environment of the wealth management business of HB trust is deeply analyzed, which is guided by the analysis of the operating environment of the development of the wealth management business of HB trust. Deeply study the diversification strategy development of HB trust wealth management business and the related market positioning, finally, put forward the HB trust wealth management business implementation protection measures, from the above discussion can be drawn. According to the wealth management business of HB Trust, this paper puts forward some constructive development suggestions, mainly including HB Trust not only to expand the target customer base, that is, China's high net worth wealth group. At the same time, we should seize the opportunity to constantly improve the diversity of family financial needs, through the continuous development of wealth management business to achieve industry profitability and progress, and then improve the performance of HB trust. Market position, brand effect and market competitiveness lay a solid foundation for China to build the best trust and investment company.
