【摘要】：作為一種分布式數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)和全新的信用系統(tǒng),區(qū)塊鏈憑借去中心化、可靠數(shù)據(jù)、高度匿名以及不可篡改的特性,不僅突破了時(shí)間和空間限制,加速了金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,而且在一定程度上削弱了信息不對(duì)稱,提高了金融運(yùn)行效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)電子支付、數(shù)字貨幣以及征信等金融領(lǐng)域的顛覆和重塑,使"區(qū)塊鏈+傳統(tǒng)金融"的新型金融業(yè)態(tài)不斷涌現(xiàn)。但作為一種新型互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融技術(shù),區(qū)塊鏈應(yīng)用還處于初級(jí)階段,面臨法律體系不完善、金融監(jiān)管滯后以及研發(fā)費(fèi)用高昂等一系列問(wèn)題。因此,需要政府機(jī)構(gòu)、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)和金融研究所三者通力協(xié)作,重點(diǎn)解決由區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)引發(fā)的金融安全問(wèn)題,以有效地維護(hù)金融穩(wěn)定,提高金融服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:As a distributed database technology and a new credit system, block chain not only breaks through the time and space constraints, but also has the characteristics of decentralization, reliable data, high anonymity and non-tampering. Accelerate the innovation of financial products, and to a certain extent weaken the information asymmetry, improve the efficiency of financial operations, and achieve the electronic payment, digital money and credit information and other financial areas of subversion and remodeling. As a new type of Internet finance technology, the application of block chain is still in the primary stage, and the legal system is not perfect. Therefore, government agencies, industry associations and financial research institutes are needed to work together to solve the financial security problems caused by blockchain technology. In order to effectively maintain financial stability, improve the quality of financial services.
