【摘要】：金融業(yè)雙向開(kāi)放背景下的中國(guó)股市雙向開(kāi)放是更高層次和更高水平的開(kāi)放。近十年來(lái),中國(guó)股市雙向開(kāi)放的成果多面呈現(xiàn),雙向投資渠道逐年拓寬,雙向參與主體逐漸多元,市場(chǎng)運(yùn)行秩序逐步規(guī)范。雙向開(kāi)放進(jìn)程中的中國(guó)股市發(fā)展迅速,但同時(shí),也面臨諸多現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題:與成熟市場(chǎng)聯(lián)系緊密但相對(duì)新興市場(chǎng)脫鉤,參與方自由度提升但蘊(yùn)涵復(fù)雜內(nèi)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn),多重因素影響疊加使可持續(xù)性遭受質(zhì)疑。為了推動(dòng)中國(guó)股市積極穩(wěn)妥地雙向開(kāi)放,本文提出應(yīng)夯實(shí)與成熟市場(chǎng)已有合作成果,加深自身對(duì)新興市場(chǎng)雙向關(guān)聯(lián),建立與完善證券投資負(fù)面清單,進(jìn)一步規(guī)范參與方的交易行為,有效化解全球化進(jìn)程不利影響,提升中國(guó)股市開(kāi)放的可持續(xù)性。
[Abstract]:The two-way opening of China's stock market is a higher level and a higher level of openness under the background of the two-way opening of the financial industry. In the past decade, the achievements of the two-way opening of the Chinese stock market have appeared in many aspects, and the two-way investment channels have been widened year by year. In the process of two-way opening, China's stock market is developing rapidly, but at the same time. It also faces many practical problems: close contact with mature market but relative to emerging market decoupling, increasing the freedom of participants but containing complex endogenous risks. In order to promote the Chinese stock market to open actively and steadily, this paper puts forward that we should consolidate the existing achievements of cooperation with the mature market and deepen our two-way relationship with emerging markets. Establishing and perfecting the negative list of securities investment, further standardizing the trading behavior of the participants, effectively resolving the adverse effects of the globalization process, and promoting the sustainability of the opening up of China's stock market.
