本論文的主要研究問(wèn)題是:當(dāng)考慮定量和定性因素時(shí),La Saltenita Boliviana配送中心的最佳位置是什么?目的是調(diào)查當(dāng)前位置是否最佳,如果不是,那么什么是更好的位置。為此,還需要確定位置決策背后的相關(guān)因素。本論文是案例研究與行動(dòng)導(dǎo)向研究的結(jié)合。它結(jié)合了定性和定量?jī)煞N方法。在第一階段,為隨后的經(jīng)驗(yàn)階段創(chuàng)建了理論背景。它是通過(guò)使用科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)作為原始資料來(lái)完成的。其目的是涵蓋案件公司情況下倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和地點(diǎn)決策的最重要主題。實(shí)證部分從LaSaltenitaBoliviana當(dāng)前供應(yīng)鏈的描述開(kāi)始。然后,通過(guò)訪談和觀察確定當(dāng)前配送中心位置的挑戰(zhàn)。貨物及其目的地的定量數(shù)據(jù)用于重心計(jì)算。重心的實(shí)際位置為搜索候選服務(wù)提供商和確定相關(guān)因素創(chuàng)建了基礎(chǔ)?紤]的因素是文化和后勤。之后,評(píng)估了服務(wù)提供商的能力。價(jià)格也被考慮在內(nèi)。然后將結(jié)果與AHP方法結(jié)合。重心分析的結(jié)果是秘魯?shù)囊粋(gè)重點(diǎn)。經(jīng)過(guò)仔細(xì)審查后,在距離重心合理距離內(nèi)有三個(gè)可能的新服務(wù)提供商。
