經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化對(duì)非洲國(guó)家發(fā)展的影響

全球化問題受到大家,特別是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展研究者的廣泛關(guān)注。雖然,先前關(guān)于全球化的美好預(yù)期,以及信息化社會(huì)和未來所能帶來的益處都還沒有普遍實(shí)現(xiàn),但是全球性的不平等卻增加了。全球化不斷發(fā)展的過程,無情地?cái)U(kuò)大了富裕國(guó)家與貧窮國(guó)家之間的差距。雖然全球化的理念在第二次世界大戰(zhàn)期間就逐漸的發(fā)展起來,但是直到二十世紀(jì)九十年代初,全球化的影響力才開始呈現(xiàn)。非洲大陸也沒能夠脫離全球化的影響。然而,一直以來,許多影響嚴(yán)重地破壞著非洲國(guó)家的發(fā)展,直到新全球化時(shí)代的到來。表現(xiàn)在信息通訊技術(shù)增長(zhǎng)不足或停滯不前,大量的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),政治沖突、種族和宗教問題頻發(fā)。本研究的目的是考察非洲在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)中的積極地位。本文采取文獻(xiàn)分析的研究方法,通過分析典型非洲政府的議程以及有關(guān)非洲局勢(shì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)類文章,以達(dá)到研究目的。根據(jù)引領(lǐng)本文的主要問題,本文由三大部分構(gòu)成,分為十三個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章,分析了本文的研究背景,研究目標(biāo)、研究意義以及研究方法。第二章,為本文研究的文獻(xiàn)綜述部分。第三章,闡述了本文的研究框架。具體地說,探討了新全球化的范圍,意識(shí)形態(tài)基礎(chǔ)及其維度和動(dòng)力。第四章,分析了非洲的經(jīng)濟(jì)以及全球化,主要關(guān)注全球化的綜合內(nèi)涵,非洲的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)...
