【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化與傳統(tǒng)城鎮(zhèn)化不同,它是基于中國國情和現(xiàn)階段經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展形勢而做出的必然的戰(zhàn)略選擇,新型城鎮(zhèn)化在涉及到農(nóng)村人口的減少、城市人口的增加的基礎(chǔ)上,增加了可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則,由片面追求速度轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闃?gòu)建質(zhì)量型城鎮(zhèn)化,堅(jiān)持以人為本、城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌、和諧發(fā)展。而日照市是山東的沿海城市,它的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展對(duì)周邊地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著重要的影響。本文首先分析了新型城鎮(zhèn)化的含義以及與傳統(tǒng)城鎮(zhèn)化的聯(lián)系,并提出了相關(guān)衡量指標(biāo),用來分析日照市新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展程度;其次,在對(duì)日照市城鎮(zhèn)化相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展指標(biāo)、社會(huì)發(fā)展指標(biāo)、生態(tài)環(huán)境指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用SWOT模型對(duì)日照市城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了分析;再次,對(duì)美國、歐洲和巴西等典型國家和長三角等國內(nèi)典型地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展進(jìn)行了研究,概述其發(fā)展特點(diǎn),總結(jié)其經(jīng)驗(yàn),探尋其一般規(guī)律,為日照市新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展提供借鑒;最后,對(duì)日照市新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Different from the traditional urbanization, the new urbanization is an inevitable strategic choice based on China's national conditions and the current economic and social development situation. The new urbanization is based on the reduction of the rural population and the increase of the urban population. The principle of sustainable development has been increased, from one-sided pursuit of speed to the construction of quality urbanization, adhere to people-oriented, urban and rural overall planning, harmonious development. Rizhao City is a coastal city in Shandong Province, its economic development and urbanization development have an important impact on the economic development of the surrounding areas. This paper first analyzes the meaning of new urbanization and the relationship between new urbanization and traditional urbanization, and puts forward relevant indicators to analyze the development degree of new urbanization in Rizhao City. Secondly, on the basis of evaluating the economic development index, social development index and ecological environment index of Rizhao urbanization, the SWOT model is used to analyze the development of Rizhao urbanization. Thirdly, the urbanization development of typical countries such as the United States, Europe, Brazil and the Yangtze River Delta is studied, its development characteristics are summarized, its experience is summarized, and its general laws are explored. It provides a reference for the development of new urbanization in Rizhao City. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of new urbanization in Rizhao City.
