【摘要】：中國農(nóng)民一直困于"內(nèi)卷化"而難以擺脫。雖然改革開放后城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展讓越來越多的農(nóng)民從"農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)卷化"中走出來,成為城鎮(zhèn)打工者,但由于"人的城鎮(zhèn)化"滯后于"人口城鎮(zhèn)化"發(fā)展,農(nóng)民市民化發(fā)展緩慢,以至于城鎮(zhèn)打工者隊(duì)伍日趨龐大,陷入"打工內(nèi)卷化"中。人的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展必須沖破"打工內(nèi)卷化"困境,既要保障城鎮(zhèn)所有常住人口享有均等化公共服務(wù)權(quán)益,還要城鄉(xiāng)共同發(fā)力,多途徑引導(dǎo)農(nóng)民"轉(zhuǎn)身"。
[Abstract]:Chinese farmers have been trapped in the "entrapment" and difficult to get rid of. Although the development of urbanization after reform and opening up has made more and more farmers come out of the "agricultural internalization" and become urban migrant workers, because "human urbanization" lags behind the development of "population urbanization", the development of farmers' urbanization is slow. So that the number of urban migrant workers is becoming larger and larger, falling into the "part-time". The development of human urbanization must break through the dilemma of "working inside", not only to ensure that all the resident population in cities and towns enjoy equal rights and interests in public services, but also to work together between urban and rural areas, and to guide farmers to "turn around" in many ways.
