全球勞動(dòng)治理:一個(gè)新興視角的潛力與局限

【摘要】:本文考察了最近出現(xiàn)的"全球勞動(dòng)治理"這一概念的意義及其政策相關(guān)性。全球勞動(dòng)治理在政策領(lǐng)域的影響力日增,但也由于政治和理論等原因而受到批評(píng)。雖然如此,本文認(rèn)為勞動(dòng)研究應(yīng)從理論上和實(shí)證上與全球勞動(dòng)治理這一議題和視角建立聯(lián)系。這不僅是因?yàn)槠湔沃匾匀找嫱癸@,同時(shí)還在于它引起了人們對(duì)尚缺乏完善研究的"多層"動(dòng)力學(xué)、"網(wǎng)絡(luò)"和"自反性"等話題的關(guān)注。系統(tǒng)地分析各種治理方案是必要的。傳統(tǒng)的勞動(dòng)社會(huì)學(xué)和勞資關(guān)系研究詳細(xì)闡述了非正規(guī)性、行業(yè)差異和集體行動(dòng)等問題,并對(duì)"有效性"這一概念提出了質(zhì)疑,這些都將有助于對(duì)治理的分析和研究。
[Abstract]:This paper examines the significance of the concept of "global labor governance" and its policy relevance. Global labor governance is increasingly influential in policy, but has also been criticized for political and theoretical reasons. Nevertheless, this paper holds that labor research should be related to the topic and perspective of global labor governance theoretically and empirically. This is not only because its political importance is becoming more and more prominent, but also because it has attracted people's attention to the topics of "multi-layer" dynamics, "network" and "reflexivity", which are still lack of perfect research. It is necessary to systematically analyze various governance schemes. The traditional studies of labor sociology and labor relations elaborate on informality, industry differences and collective action, and question the concept of "effectiveness", which will be helpful to the analysis and study of governance.
