【摘要】：近兩年,中國(guó)受內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)影響,2015年中國(guó)城市燃?xì)獍l(fā)展不及預(yù)期。"十三五"大環(huán)境下,中國(guó)城市燃?xì)獾陌l(fā)展趨勢(shì)值得研究。基于此,通過(guò)對(duì)當(dāng)前中國(guó)城市燃?xì)獍l(fā)展的政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境和技術(shù)環(huán)境等外部環(huán)境以及內(nèi)部條件的系統(tǒng)分析,評(píng)價(jià)這些外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件對(duì)未來(lái)城市燃?xì)獍l(fā)展的影響,認(rèn)為"十三五"期間中國(guó)城市燃?xì)馊蕴幵诳焖侔l(fā)展的重要機(jī)遇期,是發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵階段,最后從市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)、管網(wǎng)布局、應(yīng)急調(diào)峰、安全管理及嚴(yán)格監(jiān)管等方面提出中國(guó)城市燃?xì)獍l(fā)展的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:In the past two years, China has been affected by the domestic and foreign economic situation, and the development of urban gas in China in 2015 is less than expected. Under the circumstances of the 13th five-year Plan, the development trend of urban gas in China is worth studying. Based on this, through the systematic analysis of the political environment, the economic environment, the social environment and the technical environment, as well as the internal conditions of the current urban gas development in China, Evaluating the impact of these external and internal conditions on the development of urban gas in the future, it is concluded that during the 13th five-year Plan period, Chinese urban gas is still in an important period of opportunity for rapid development and is a key stage of development. Finally, from the perspective of market development and pipe network layout, Emergency peak shaving, safety management and strict supervision put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of urban gas in China.
