【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化作為目前學(xué)術(shù)界研究的重點之一,已經(jīng)成為一個國家或地區(qū)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的標(biāo)志,其發(fā)展對人類的生產(chǎn)、生活影響較大。城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展不是一個結(jié)果,而是一個不斷進(jìn)步的過程,不僅是一個地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)數(shù)量的過程,還是其發(fā)展過程中質(zhì)量提升、結(jié)構(gòu)功能轉(zhuǎn)換的過程。隨著可持續(xù)發(fā)展、以人為本號召的提出,人們對城鎮(zhèn)化是否健康發(fā)展越來越關(guān)注,新型城鎮(zhèn)化也開始被提出。本文以和田地區(qū)為研究對象,分別從和田地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)競爭力、城鎮(zhèn)化泡沫測度以及城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)度三個方面對該地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,針對和田地區(qū)在城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的特點及發(fā)展過程中的不足提出對策與建議,為其今后的發(fā)展起到一定指導(dǎo)作用。論文的主要結(jié)論如下:(1)城鎮(zhèn)競爭力分析中,通過和田地區(qū)內(nèi)各縣市競爭力進(jìn)行對比分析,可知在發(fā)展過程中,和田市處于相對優(yōu)勢地位,發(fā)展與其他縣市相比較快,緊隨其后的為民豐縣、策勒縣,其中皮山縣發(fā)展最慢,各縣市之間的發(fā)展差距較大,說明發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)不平衡現(xiàn)象。(2)城鎮(zhèn)化泡沫測度方面,本文從人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)、空間、生活和環(huán)境五個方面對其分析研究,可知和田市在人口城鎮(zhèn)化、空間城鎮(zhèn)化方面泡沫壓力較大;墨玉縣出現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)城鎮(zhèn)化泡沫、生活城鎮(zhèn)化泡沫問題;皮山縣在經(jīng)濟(jì)城鎮(zhèn)化、環(huán)境城鎮(zhèn)化方面發(fā)展有待進(jìn)一步提升;策勒縣在經(jīng)濟(jì)城鎮(zhèn)化、生活城鎮(zhèn)化方面可持續(xù)發(fā)展壓力較大;洛浦縣出現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)城鎮(zhèn)化泡沫問題;民豐縣出現(xiàn)了空間城鎮(zhèn)化泡沫問題,于田縣生活城鎮(zhèn)化、經(jīng)濟(jì)城鎮(zhèn)化都出現(xiàn)泡沫現(xiàn)象。其他地區(qū)在測度過程中也可能出現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)化泡沫趨勢。(3)城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)度方面,通過定量分析研究得知,和田地區(qū)兩大子系統(tǒng)—鄉(xiāng)村子系統(tǒng)、城市子系統(tǒng)發(fā)展過程協(xié)調(diào)度不斷加強(qiáng),內(nèi)部發(fā)展相對和諧。從城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)度方面看,2001-2013年增長速度較快,城鄉(xiāng)一體化程度不斷增強(qiáng)。其中,鄉(xiāng)村子系統(tǒng)、城市子系統(tǒng)及城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系都處于中級協(xié)調(diào),屬于磨合耦合階段,可知從整體看和田地區(qū)協(xié)調(diào)度不高,在今后的發(fā)展中有待進(jìn)一步提高。
[Abstract]:Urbanization, as one of the focuses of academic research, has become a symbol of the modernization development of a country or region, and its development has a great impact on human production and life. The development of urbanization is not a result, but a process of continuous progress. It is not only a process of the quantity of urban construction in a region, but also a process of improving the quality and transforming the structure and function in the course of its development. With the sustainable development and people-oriented call, people pay more and more attention to the healthy development of urbanization, and the new urbanization has also been put forward. Taking Hotan area as the research object, this paper analyzes the current situation of urban development in Hotan region from three aspects: the competitiveness of towns, the measure of urbanization bubble and the degree of coordination between urban and rural areas. In view of the characteristics of Hotan area in the development of urbanization and the deficiencies in the process of development, put forward countermeasures and suggestions for its future development plays a certain guiding role. The main conclusions of the paper are as follows: (1) in the analysis of urban competitiveness, through the comparative analysis of the competitiveness of counties and cities in Hotan region, we can see that Hotan City is in a relatively dominant position in the process of development, and the development is relatively rapid with other counties and cities. It is followed by Minfeng County and Qile County, in which Pishan County has the slowest development, and the development gap between counties and cities is relatively large, indicating that there is an imbalance in the development process. (2) in the measure of urbanization bubble, this paper, from the perspective of population, economy and space, has shown that there is an imbalance in the process of development. From the five aspects of life and environment, we can see that the foam pressure in the urbanization of population and space in Hotan is great; Moyu County appears economic urbanization bubble, life urbanization bubble problem; Pishan County in the economic urbanization, environmental urbanization development needs to be further improved; Cile County in the economic urbanization, life urbanization sustainable development pressure is greater; Economic urbanization bubble appeared in Luopu County, spatial urbanization bubble appeared in Minfeng County, life and urbanization in Yutian County, and economic urbanization all appeared bubble phenomenon. Other areas may also appear the trend of urbanization bubble in the process of measurement. (3) in terms of urban-rural coordination degree, through quantitative analysis, we know that the two major subsystems-rural subsystem in Hotan area, The coordination degree of the development process of the urban sub-system is continuously strengthened, and the internal development is relatively harmonious. From the perspective of urban-rural coordination, the growth rate of 2001-2013 is relatively fast, and the degree of integration between urban and rural areas is continuously enhanced. Among them, the rural subsystem, the urban subsystem and the urban-rural relationship are all in intermediate coordination, belonging to the run-in coupling stage, we can see that the harmony degree of Hotan area is not high, which needs to be further improved in the future development.
