【摘要】：采用2006年至2010年珠江三角洲四次農(nóng)民工調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),比較換工和未換工群體在工資水平和工資平均增長(zhǎng)率上的差異及影響因素的異同。從工資水平來看,換工是勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)中略占劣勢(shì)的農(nóng)民工實(shí)現(xiàn)工資增長(zhǎng)的途徑之一。工作相對(duì)穩(wěn)定者,換工頻率與月均工資水平呈倒U形;工作相對(duì)不穩(wěn)定者,換工頻率與月平均工資水平呈U形。從工資增長(zhǎng)率來看,換工群體在工種之間、企業(yè)規(guī)模之間的工資平均增長(zhǎng)率差距要低于未換工者。對(duì)于換工群體,人力資本對(duì)工資平均增長(zhǎng)率的邊際效益遞減,受教育水平越高,工資平均增長(zhǎng)率越慢,對(duì)未換工群體的效用則相反;換工群體中,求職網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)工資增長(zhǎng)率的影響更大,換工者的工資增長(zhǎng)速度可能更依賴求職時(shí)新建的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of four surveys of migrant workers in the Pearl River Delta from 2006 to 2010, the differences in wage level and average wage growth rate between the two groups and the similarities and differences of the influencing factors were compared. From the point of view of wage level, changing jobs is one of the ways to increase the wages of migrant workers who occupy a slight disadvantage in the labor market. If the work is relatively stable, the changing frequency and the monthly average wage are inverted U-shaped, and the changing frequency and the monthly average wage are U-shaped when the work is relatively unstable. From the point of view of wage growth rate, the average wage growth rate gap between the groups of changing jobs and the scale of enterprises is lower than that of those who have not changed jobs. For the group of changing jobs, the marginal benefit of human capital to the average growth rate of wages decreases, and the higher the level of education, the slower the average growth rate of wages, but the effect of human capital on the group of unchanged workers is opposite. Among the job-changing groups, job-seeking networks have a greater impact on wage growth, and the rate of wage growth may be more dependent on the new social network resources created when looking for jobs.
