【摘要】：隨著河北省各高校國際合作與交流工作日益頻繁以及國外留學(xué)生人數(shù)的不斷增加,無論對外往來信函還是包裹郵寄的數(shù)量都在不斷增多,高校這一特殊群體為國際小包裹快遞業(yè)務(wù)帶來了新的市場需求。目前河北省高校國際小包裹快遞業(yè)務(wù)市場發(fā)展尚不成熟,河北省內(nèi)的快遞公司還沒有一家專門開拓高校國際小包裹這一業(yè)務(wù)模塊。針對以上現(xiàn)狀,應(yīng)HBTD快遞公司的邀請,對河北高校國際小包裹快遞市場展開研究,并最終為HBTD快遞公司設(shè)計了一條適合其發(fā)展的業(yè)務(wù)模式,同時對模式選擇后的效果進行預(yù)測分析。首先對國際包裹快遞等相關(guān)理論進行了綜述,接著對我國國際小包裹快遞企業(yè)模式進行了比較分析,特別是對河北省高校國際小包裹快遞市場進行了詳細分析,利用灰色預(yù)測法從高校留學(xué)生信件、小包裹郵寄量和高校與國外的對公往來信件郵寄量兩方面對河北省高校國際小包裹快遞業(yè)務(wù)量進行了預(yù)測,在此基礎(chǔ)上,為HBTD快遞公司制定了運營業(yè)務(wù)模式和市場開發(fā)策略,最后為HBTD快遞公司更好地開展河北省高校國際小包裹快遞業(yè)務(wù)提出了相應(yīng)的實施保障措施。論文的研究對HBTD快遞公司開發(fā)河北省高校國際小包裹快遞業(yè)務(wù)具有重要的理論和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly frequent work of international cooperation and exchange among colleges and universities in Hebei Province and the increasing number of foreign students, the number of foreign correspondence and parcel mail is constantly increasing. Colleges and universities this special group for the international small parcel express business brought new market demand. At present, the international small parcels express business market in Hebei Province is not mature, and the express delivery company in Hebei Province has not developed a special business module of international small parcels in colleges and universities. In view of the above situation, at the invitation of HBTD Express Company, this paper studies the international small parcel delivery market in Hebei colleges and universities, and finally designs a business model for HBTD Express Company which is suitable for its development. At the same time, the effect of mode selection is predicted and analyzed. First of all, the related theories such as international parcel express are summarized, then the international small parcel express enterprise mode of our country is compared and analyzed, especially the international small parcel express market of Hebei province colleges and universities is analyzed in detail. By using grey prediction method, this paper forecasts the volume of international small parcels express delivery in Hebei colleges and universities from two aspects: the letters of foreign students, the volume of small parcels and the volume of correspondence between universities and foreign countries, and on the basis of this, The operation mode and market development strategy are formulated for HBTD Express Company. Finally, the corresponding measures are put forward for HBTD Express Company to better carry out the international small parcel delivery business in Hebei Province. The research of this paper is of great theoretical and guiding significance for HBTD Express Company to develop the international small parcel delivery business in Hebei Province.
