【摘要】："協(xié)調(diào)、均衡"是新型城鎮(zhèn)化應(yīng)有之義,但如何走向城鄉(xiāng)、區(qū)域的協(xié)調(diào)和均衡卻需要因地制宜的實踐探索和更為系統(tǒng)的理論總結(jié)。蘇州提供了一個空間均衡型城鎮(zhèn)化的典型案例,無論是城鄉(xiāng)之間、區(qū)域之間、大中小城鎮(zhèn)之間都表現(xiàn)出相對均衡協(xié)調(diào)的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)。從自然環(huán)境、城鎮(zhèn)化歷程、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式以及與分權(quán)相關(guān)的制度設(shè)計等方面,系統(tǒng)地分析了蘇州空間均衡型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展成因,并總結(jié)了這種城鎮(zhèn)化模式在縮小城鄉(xiāng)與區(qū)域差別、實現(xiàn)公共服務(wù)均等化、提升中心城市品質(zhì)品位等方面的優(yōu)勢,以期為我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化道路的探索添磚加瓦。
[Abstract]:"Coordination and equilibrium" is the meaning of the new type of urbanization, but how to move towards the urban and rural areas, the regional coordination and equilibrium need practical exploration and more systematic theoretical summary in accordance with local conditions. Suzhou provides a typical case of spatial equilibrium urbanization, no matter between urban and rural areas, between regions, between large and medium-sized cities and towns, there is a relatively balanced and coordinated development state. From the aspects of natural environment, urbanization process, economic development mode and system design related to decentralization, this paper systematically analyzes the causes of the development of Suzhou spatial equilibrium urbanization. It also summarizes the advantages of this urbanization model in reducing the difference between urban and rural areas, realizing the equalization of public services, and improving the quality grade of central cities, so as to add some bricks to the exploration of a new type of urbanization road in China.
