【摘要】：部分因析(fractional factorial,簡記為FF)設(shè)計(jì)是試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)中常用到的一種設(shè)計(jì).在試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)中當(dāng)某些因子的水平難以改變或控制時(shí).完全隨機(jī)的部分因析設(shè)計(jì)是很難實(shí)現(xiàn)的.此時(shí)常采用部分因析裂區(qū)(fractional factorial split-plot簡記為FFSP)設(shè)計(jì)滿足試驗(yàn)要求.在實(shí)際情況中一般不只存在二水平的因子,也會有高水平的因子.當(dāng)—個(gè)試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)中既有二水平因子又有四水平因子和八水平因子,且四水平因子和八水平因子較難改變時(shí),一個(gè)2(n1+n2)-(k1+k2)4Wm8Wm混水平裂區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)就可以運(yùn)用.本文主要討論了有一個(gè)四水平因子和一個(gè)八水平因子及若干二水平因子在整區(qū),若干二水平因子在子區(qū)的分辨度為Ⅲ或Ⅳ的混水平裂區(qū)設(shè)計(jì),即2(n1+n2)-(k1+k2)4W18W1.設(shè)計(jì),給出了包含各種純凈效應(yīng)的充要條件和設(shè)計(jì)的構(gòu)造方法.共分五章.第一章分為四部分,第一部分介紹了因子設(shè)計(jì)的重要性和應(yīng)用.第二部分介紹了二水平部分因子設(shè)計(jì).第三部分介紹了混水平設(shè)計(jì).第四部分給出了裂區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)的應(yīng)用背景和構(gòu)造方法.第二章介紹了混合水平部分因析裂區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)的定義和符號.第三章介紹了分辨度為Ⅲ的2(n1+n2)-(k1+k2)4W18W1設(shè)計(jì)包含不同純凈效應(yīng)的充要條件及相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)的構(gòu)造方法.第四章 介紹了分辨度為Ⅳ的2(m1+m2)-(k1+k2)4W18W1.設(shè)計(jì)包含不同純凈效應(yīng)的一些條件及相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)的構(gòu)造方法.第五章對全文進(jìn)行簡要總結(jié).
