【摘要】：論文針對我國市場經(jīng)濟對生態(tài)環(huán)境發(fā)展的負面影響,構(gòu)建市場經(jīng)濟生態(tài)發(fā)展道路問題進行了研究。論文采用文獻分析法和理論與實踐相結(jié)合的方法,以馬克思主義生態(tài)文明相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),對市場經(jīng)濟生態(tài)發(fā)展的必要性可行性,發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了研究。分別從市場經(jīng)濟沒有實現(xiàn)對社會資源配置的決定性作用、政府對市場生態(tài)制度創(chuàng)新的扶持力度不夠、利益因素制約了地方政府對生態(tài)環(huán)境實施治理的力度、我國環(huán)境法制水平低下滯后了市場經(jīng)濟生態(tài)發(fā)展進程等四個方面探討了影響我國市場經(jīng)濟生態(tài)發(fā)展的不利影響因素。提出要促進我國市場經(jīng)濟生態(tài)發(fā)展需要從市場制度完善,創(chuàng)新市場生態(tài)新機制,強化政府環(huán)境治理職能,提高環(huán)境法治建設(shè)水平等四個維度加強建設(shè),最后從完善有利于生態(tài)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性市場制度、培育有利于生態(tài)發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新性市場制度、強化政府環(huán)境治理職能、提升環(huán)境領(lǐng)域法制建設(shè)水平、構(gòu)建符合市場生態(tài)發(fā)展的價值觀消費觀等五個方面提出推進我國市場經(jīng)濟生態(tài)發(fā)展的對策建議。論文創(chuàng)新點主要包括:(1)研究視角有新意。論文從市場經(jīng)濟生態(tài)發(fā)展的必要性和可行性進行分析,豐富了學術(shù)界對于市場經(jīng)濟和生態(tài)文明研究的廣度和深度。從而能夠引發(fā)許多對今天市場經(jīng)濟生態(tài)發(fā)展路徑完善的思考和啟示。(2)經(jīng)典文本研究的創(chuàng)新,論文專門結(jié)合馬克思《資本論》進行研究,深化了學術(shù)界對于馬克思主義生態(tài)文明理論的研究。學術(shù)界對于馬克思主義生態(tài)文明研究的理論成果非常豐富,但是結(jié)合《資本論》進行研究的不多,論文專門結(jié)合馬克思《資本論》,探索了馬克思《資本論》中有關(guān)商品經(jīng)濟理論。其中很多理論涉及到資源優(yōu)化配置與生態(tài)文明建設(shè),以這些生態(tài)思考作為對今天市場經(jīng)濟與生態(tài)發(fā)展相互作用的借鑒,從而能夠引發(fā)許多對今天市場經(jīng)濟生態(tài)發(fā)展路徑完善的思考和啟示。(3)研究內(nèi)容有新意,論文對市場經(jīng)濟生態(tài)發(fā)展的必要性與可行性分析的研究,不但重申了市場經(jīng)濟生態(tài)發(fā)展的必要性,同時還為市場經(jīng)濟生態(tài)發(fā)展的實踐提供了可行性,使得市場經(jīng)濟的生態(tài)發(fā)展有章可循。研究深化了學術(shù)界對市場經(jīng)濟生態(tài)發(fā)展的認識深度,提升了相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究水平。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the negative influence of market economy on the development of ecological environment in China, this paper studies the construction of ecological development road of market economy. This paper adopts the method of literature analysis and combining theory with practice, based on the related theory of Marxist ecological civilization, studies the necessity, feasibility and present situation of ecological development of market economy. Separately from the market economy has not realized the decisive role to the social resources allocation, the government to the market ecological system innovation support dynamics is insufficient, the benefit factor has restricted the local government to the ecological environment implementation management strength, The low level of environmental legal system in China lags behind the process of market economy ecological development and discusses the unfavorable factors that affect the ecological development of market economy in China. In order to promote the ecological development of market economy in China, it is necessary to strengthen the construction from four aspects: perfecting the market system, innovating the new mechanism of market ecology, strengthening the government's function of environmental governance and improving the level of environmental legal construction. Finally, from perfecting the basic market system which is beneficial to the ecological development, cultivating the innovative market system, strengthening the government's function of environmental governance, and improving the level of legal system construction in the field of environment, This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the ecological development of market economy in China from five aspects, such as constructing the concept of value and consumption in line with the development of market ecology. The innovation of the thesis mainly includes: (1) the research angle has the new idea. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the ecological development of market economy, which enriches the breadth and depth of the research on market economy and ecological civilization in academic circles. Therefore, it can lead to a lot of thinking and inspiration to the improvement of the ecological development path of today's market economy. (2) the innovation of the classical text research, the paper specially combined with Marx "Capital" to carry on the research, Deepen the academic research on Marxist ecological civilization theory. The academic circles have very rich theoretical achievements in the study of Marxist ecological civilization, but not many studies have been carried out in conjunction with "Capital". It explores the theory of commodity economy in Marx's Capital. Many of these theories are related to the optimal allocation of resources and the construction of ecological civilization. These ecological considerations are used as a reference for the interaction between market economy and ecological development today. Therefore, it can lead to a lot of thinking and inspiration to the improvement of the ecological development path of today's market economy. (3) the research contents have new ideas, and the paper studies the necessity and feasibility analysis of the ecological development of the market economy. It not only restates the necessity of the ecological development of market economy, but also provides the feasibility for the practice of the ecological development of market economy, which makes the ecological development of market economy follow the rules. The research deepens the understanding of market economy ecological development in academic circles and promotes the research level in related fields.
