[Abstract]:Guangdong Swire Coca Cola Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Guangdong Food Import and Export Group, Cofco Beverage (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. and Swire Coca-Cola Hong Kong Limited, with a total investment of more than 500 million yuan. The annual production of Coca-Cola and other series of products 450000 tons, is the mainland of China's largest Coca-Cola series beverage production base. In response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, the enterprise put forward a plan for energy conservation, and planned to build the enterprise into a "green factory" of conservation type in 2-3 years. In this paper, the whole system is studied on the background of the energy-saving reconstruction project of Guangdong Swire Coca Cola Co., Ltd. Firstly, it introduces the basic situation of Guangdong Swire Coca Cola Co., Ltd., and describes in detail the production status, main energy system, energy consumption structure and energy management system of the company. The energy efficiency index of food and beverage industry is expounded, which directly determines the choice and formulation of the subsequent energy saving transformation scheme, and evaluates the specific energy saving reconstruction scheme for each system according to the company's current situation and the requirements of energy efficiency index. The multi-level fuzzy evaluation model is used to evaluate the energy-saving reconstruction scheme. The evaluation results show that the energy saving reconstruction scheme can effectively grasp the energy efficiency index, make a comprehensive plan and give an objective and accurate evaluation, and better achieve the energy saving goal of the company. The energy consumption research results of the company have become a valuable reference for other enterprises in the same industry to use energy scientifically and effectively reduce the production cost of enterprises.
