【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,企業(yè)規(guī)模逐漸輻射全球。隨著企業(yè)集團(tuán)的發(fā)展,集團(tuán)管控也逐漸成為大中型集團(tuán)公司的管理難題,其發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、組織結(jié)構(gòu)以及運(yùn)營(yíng)模式在很大程度上影響集團(tuán)公司管控工作的實(shí)施,我國(guó)的集團(tuán)管控發(fā)展歷程比較短,管控問(wèn)題也層出不窮。目前關(guān)于集團(tuán)公司管控的研究大多停留在管控體系的建設(shè)與優(yōu)化上,因此對(duì)集團(tuán)公司的管控能力是否能夠與企業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r相吻合,能否達(dá)到母公司對(duì)子公司管理控制的目的,缺乏深層次的研究。本文首先從CJ集團(tuán)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),在回顧總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于管控體系建設(shè)和優(yōu)化研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)企業(yè)集團(tuán)管控體系的內(nèi)容加以總結(jié),據(jù)此來(lái)確定影響管控效果的因素。其次,從管控效果和效率的角度對(duì)各影響因素進(jìn)行剖析,確定管控能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),從而構(gòu)成管控評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。最后依據(jù)該指標(biāo)體系采用TOPSIS方法對(duì)對(duì)CJ集團(tuán)的管控狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果對(duì)CJ集團(tuán)的管控能力加以分析,給出合理的建議。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明,CJ集團(tuán)應(yīng)當(dāng)完善考核體系,注重信息高效使用等方面的管理,應(yīng)當(dāng)完善現(xiàn)有組織結(jié)構(gòu),增設(shè)相關(guān)部門。在此后的戰(zhàn)略推進(jìn)過(guò)程中,不斷對(duì)管控能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并及時(shí)調(diào)整,以保證集團(tuán)管控的及時(shí)有效性。對(duì)企業(yè)集團(tuán)的管控能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)能夠及時(shí)找出管控中的不合理之處,進(jìn)行糾正,確保管控結(jié)果與預(yù)期相符,并盡可能的使管控體系具有更強(qiáng)的靈活性,適應(yīng)外界和公司戰(zhàn)略的變化。因此本文的研究成果不僅對(duì)提升CJ企業(yè)集團(tuán)管控能力有重要作用,同時(shí)也為其他企業(yè)集團(tuán)進(jìn)行有效管控提供重要參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the scale of enterprises gradually radiates the whole world. With the development of enterprise groups, group control has gradually become a management problem for large and medium-sized group companies. Its development, organizational structure and operation mode affect the implementation of the management and control work of group companies to a great extent. China's group management and control development process is relatively short, management and control problems also emerge in endlessly. At present, most of the researches on the management and control of the group company stay on the construction and optimization of the control system, so whether the management and control ability of the group company can be consistent with the development of the enterprise group, There is a lack of deep research on whether the parent company can control the management of subsidiaries. This paper starts from the current situation of CJ Group, on the basis of reviewing and summarizing the research on the construction and optimization of the management and control system at home and abroad, summarizes the contents of the management and control system of the enterprise group, and then determines the factors that affect the effect of control and control. Secondly, from the view of control effect and efficiency, the paper analyzes the influencing factors and determines the evaluation index of management and control ability, which constitutes the evaluation index system of management and control. Finally, according to the index system, TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the management and control situation of CJ Group. According to the evaluation results, the management and control ability of CJ Group is analyzed, and reasonable suggestions are given. The evaluation results show that the CJ Group should perfect the examination system, pay attention to the management of the efficient use of information, perfect the existing organizational structure and add the relevant departments. In the subsequent strategic advancement process, continuously evaluate and adjust the control ability to ensure the timely effectiveness of the group control. The evaluation of the control ability of the enterprise group can identify the unreasonable points in the control in time, correct it, ensure that the control result is in line with the expectation, and make the control system as flexible as possible. Adapt to changes in external and corporate strategy. Therefore, the research results of this paper not only play an important role in improving the management and control ability of CJ enterprise groups, but also provide important reference for other enterprise groups to carry out effective management and control.
