【摘要】：電力系統(tǒng)改革在不斷深入,物資管理已經(jīng)成為了電網(wǎng)的一個(gè)重要課題,供應(yīng)商的選擇直接影響到物資管理的效果,所以要選擇合適的物資供應(yīng)商,對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展起到推動(dòng)作用,好的物資供應(yīng)商,能夠保障電力系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定,對國計(jì)民生等重大問題有重要的意義。本文首先對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的研究和搜尋供電企業(yè)供應(yīng)商管理的問題進(jìn)行研究,遵循一定的研究思路,分別從供應(yīng)商配送的資質(zhì)、供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、供應(yīng)商配送能力以及配送可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力這幾個(gè)方面作為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)電力物資配送供應(yīng)商評價(jià)指標(biāo)。然后,需要在理論和實(shí)踐中更完美地對電力物資供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行選擇評價(jià),提出一種更適合供應(yīng)商選擇的模型。在文章最后,論文通過模型以及建立的評價(jià)指標(biāo),對案例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,這對于進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證本文所構(gòu)建的評價(jià)體系,更全民地為行業(yè)提供參考資料具有重要的作用和借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of power system reform, material management has become an important issue in the power grid. The selection of suppliers directly affects the effect of material management, so it is necessary to select suitable material suppliers. It plays an important role in promoting the development of power grid enterprises. Good material suppliers can guarantee the stability of power system and have great significance to the national economy and people's livelihood. In this paper, the existing domestic and foreign research and search for supplier management in power supply enterprises are studied, followed certain research ideas, respectively from the supplier distribution qualifications, supplier product quality, The supplier distribution ability and the distribution sustainable development ability are used as the evaluation index of the power distribution supplier in the power grid enterprise. Then, in theory and practice, a more perfect model for supplier selection and evaluation is proposed. At the end of the article, the paper carries on the empirical research to the case through the model and the evaluation index, which has the important function and the reference value for the further verification of the evaluation system constructed in this paper, and provides the reference material for the whole people for the industry.
