【摘要】：隨著環(huán)渤海地區(qū)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)群日益壯大,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房作為產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的有效載體,其項目建設(shè)在提高土地集約利用水平,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展和推動產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展方面起著重要作用,其項目建設(shè)具有十分重要的意義。論文圍繞汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)園標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房項目建設(shè)風(fēng)險管理這一主線,針對項目建設(shè)過程中可能存在的各種不確定性因素,擬采取多學(xué)科知識和方法相交叉、定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法、模型化方法進(jìn)行研究。論文緒論介紹了課題的研究背景、研究意義以及工程項目風(fēng)險管理國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,從而提出本文的研究思路及研究內(nèi)容,構(gòu)建本文的研究框架。第一章詳述了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房項目建設(shè)風(fēng)險及風(fēng)險管理的相關(guān)概念,以為之后的研究做鋪墊。第二章介紹標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房項目的基本情況,包括本項目建設(shè)背景、必要性,項目區(qū)位,項目建設(shè)內(nèi)容、項目實施進(jìn)度、投資情況、主要經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)等。第三章到第五章按照風(fēng)險管理的一般流程,以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房建設(shè)項目為實例,對各種風(fēng)險進(jìn)行識別、分析、評價,并以此提出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對措施和監(jiān)控措施。第六章對全文的研究進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對進(jìn)一步的研究方向提出展望。本文對菏澤專業(yè)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)園標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房項目建設(shè)過程中存在的風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了管理研究,將專家調(diào)查法、層次分析法和模糊評價法引入建設(shè)項目風(fēng)險評價中,使評價過程更具條理化和層次化。利用層次分析法的流程和步驟來確定本項目風(fēng)險評價指標(biāo)體系的指標(biāo)權(quán)重,在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合模糊評價法對各個項目階段的風(fēng)險進(jìn)行評價并對項目風(fēng)險進(jìn)行綜合評價。其中,評價過程中使用的指標(biāo)權(quán)重及風(fēng)險等級采用專家調(diào)查法確定。
[Abstract]:With the increasing growth of automobile industry cluster around Bohai Sea, the standard factory building as an effective carrier of industrial transfer, its project construction is to improve the level of intensive land use, optimize the industrial structure, Promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and promoting the development of industrial clusters plays an important role, and its project construction is of great significance. This paper focuses on the main line of risk management of standard factory building project in automobile industry park, aiming at various uncertain factors that may exist in the process of construction of the project, it proposes to adopt the method of combining multi-disciplinary knowledge and method, qualitative and quantitative. The modeling method is studied. The introduction of this paper introduces the research background, research significance and research status of project risk management at home and abroad, so as to put forward the research ideas and contents of this paper, and construct the research framework of this paper. The first chapter elaborates the related concepts of the construction risk and risk management of the standard plant project, and paves the way for the later research. The second chapter introduces the basic situation of the standard plant project, including the construction background, necessity, project location, project construction content, project implementation progress, investment situation, main economic indicators and so on. The third to fifth chapters, according to the general process of risk management, take the standard workshop construction project as an example to identify, analyze and evaluate the various risks, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and monitoring measures. The sixth chapter summarizes the full-text research, and puts forward the prospect of further research direction. In this paper, the risk existing in the construction of standard factory building project of Heze professional automobile industry park is studied. The expert investigation method, the analytic hierarchy process method and the fuzzy evaluation method are introduced into the risk evaluation of the construction project. The evaluation process is more organized and hierarchical. Using the process and steps of AHP to determine the index weight of the risk evaluation index system of this project, combined with fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the risk of each stage of the project and comprehensive evaluation of the project risk. Among them, the index weight and risk grade used in the evaluation process are determined by the expert investigation method.
