【摘要】：運(yùn)用平均受教育年限法和永續(xù)盤存法,對河南1996-2013年接受各級教育的人力資本存量和物質(zhì)資本進(jìn)行估算,利用人力資本外部性模型,分析人力資本對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)。通過借助SPSS軟件對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回歸分析,結(jié)果表明河南省物質(zhì)資本投入、人力資本存量與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等三者之間存在高度相關(guān)關(guān)系,人力資本對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)低于物質(zhì)資本。提出加大人力資本投入,延長就業(yè)人員平均受教育年限,提高人力資本質(zhì)量和水平,優(yōu)化人力資本結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動的政策建議。
[Abstract]:By using the method of average years of education and the method of perpetual inventory, this paper estimates the stock of human capital and material capital of education at all levels in Henan Province from 1996 to 2013, and analyzes the contribution of human capital to economic growth by using the externality model of human capital. Through the regression analysis of the related data with the help of SPSS software, the results show that there is a high correlation among the material capital investment, the human capital stock and the economic development in Henan Province. The contribution of human capital to economic growth is much lower than that of material capital. Some policy suggestions are put forward such as increasing the investment of human capital, prolonging the average years of education for employed people, improving the quality and level of human capital, optimizing the structure of human capital and realizing innovation-driven policy.
