【摘要】：在一個(gè)含有技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)生經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模型中,文章通過對(duì)教育儲(chǔ)備型人力資本在產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)部門和研發(fā)部門之間進(jìn)行配置,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),均衡的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率與配置到產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)部門的教育儲(chǔ)備型人力資本彈性系數(shù)和配置到研發(fā)部門的教育儲(chǔ)備型人力資本的比例都具有正向關(guān)系。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用西部地區(qū)12個(gè)省市自治區(qū)1995-2014年的數(shù)據(jù),通過面板數(shù)據(jù)模型考察了教育儲(chǔ)備型人力資本對(duì)西部地區(qū)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),西部地區(qū)教育儲(chǔ)備型人力資本對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新具有顯著影響,但更傾向于低水平技術(shù)創(chuàng)新;與物質(zhì)資本相比,教育儲(chǔ)備型人力資本對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)出的影響較小,對(duì)產(chǎn)出具有顯著影響的是高水平的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。研究就此提出建議:西部地區(qū)應(yīng)該提升教育儲(chǔ)備型人力資本的質(zhì)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)高水平的創(chuàng)新,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)西部經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:In an endogenous economic growth model with technological innovation, this paper studies the allocation of educational reserve human capital between product production department and R & D department. There is a positive relationship between the balanced economic growth rate and the elastic coefficient of the educational reserve human capital allocated to the product production department and the proportion of the educational reserve human capital allocated to the R & D department. On the basis of theoretical analysis, using the data of 12 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in western China from 1995 to 2014, this paper investigates the influence of human capital of education reserve on the technological innovation and economic growth in the western region through panel data model. The education reserve human capital in the western region has significant influence on technological innovation, but it tends to be low level technological innovation. Compared with the material capital, the educational reserve human capital has less influence on the economic output, and the high level of technological innovation has a significant impact on the output. The research puts forward some suggestions: the western region should improve the quality of human capital of education reserve, realize high level innovation, and then promote the sustained growth of western economy.
