【摘要】：在城鎮(zhèn)化高速發(fā)展背景下,中國城鎮(zhèn)化也面臨一些新問題,比如城鎮(zhèn)化資源配置效率不高、城市病現(xiàn)象嚴重、集聚效應(yīng)不夠、自然資源供給不足且利用粗放、城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)差異以及貧富差距較大等。通過對以發(fā)展小城鎮(zhèn)為特色的美國城鎮(zhèn)化進程、以鄉(xiāng)村工業(yè)為特色的英國城鎮(zhèn)化道路和以構(gòu)建大都市圈為主、大中城市與中小城鎮(zhèn)共同發(fā)展的日本城鎮(zhèn)化經(jīng)驗進行對比分析,為中國城鎮(zhèn)化進一步發(fā)展帶來一些思路。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of urbanization, China's urbanization also faces some new problems, such as low efficiency of urbanization resource allocation, serious urban disease, insufficient agglomeration effect, insufficient supply of natural resources and extensive utilization. The difference between urban and rural dual structure, as well as the gap between rich and poor. Through the comparative analysis of the process of urbanization in the United States characterized by the development of small towns, the British urbanization road with rural industry as the characteristic, and the experience of urbanization in Japan, which is based on the construction of metropolitan areas and the common development of large and medium-sized cities and small and medium-sized cities. For the further development of urbanization in China to bring some ideas.
