【摘要】：西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的實施特別是貴州民營經濟“三年倍增計劃”政策的出臺,貴州省的民間投資得到快速成長,是近年貴州經濟快速增長,實現(xiàn)社會經濟發(fā)展目標的重要力量。因此,本文對貴州省民間投資現(xiàn)狀的研究,順應了當今貴州經濟發(fā)展的大背景,并且為現(xiàn)階段貴州正在實施地民營經濟“五年行動計劃”提供現(xiàn)實支撐。本文基于當下的現(xiàn)實背景,進行了以下幾方面的研究:首先,界定民間投資的相關概念和梳理投資決定因素的相關理論。然后,定量考察貴州省民間投資的現(xiàn)狀和區(qū)域特征。再次,定性分析民間投資的影響因素,在此基礎上對民間投資影響因素的指標體系進行選取構建,運用兩種方法從兩個角度分析不同因素對于貴州民間投資的影響。最后,在前文分析的基礎之上,為貴州省民間投資的發(fā)展提出對策建議。對于第一部分,本文首先介紹了投資以及民間投資的相關概念,界定民間投資的統(tǒng)計范圍,再對投資決定因素的相關理論進行梳理和評價。對于第二部分,本文運用對比分析定量考察貴州省民間投資的現(xiàn)狀和區(qū)域特征,具體研究分析了貴州省民間投資的總量和增長率分析、貴州省民間投資比重及投向分析、貴州省民間投資績效分析、貴州省民間投資存在的問題。對于第三部分,本文對貴州省民間投資影響因素進行了實證分析。通過前文現(xiàn)狀的分析,首先定性分析了民間投資的影響因素,在此基礎上,構建了民間投資影響因素的指標體系。然后先采用貴州省數(shù)據(jù),運用灰色關聯(lián)度分析法,分析了貴州省民間投資的影響指標;再采用全國31個省市自治區(qū)橫截面數(shù)據(jù),運用因子分析法,分析了貴州民間投資的影響因子。在兩種分析的基礎上,得出工業(yè)增加值和投資環(huán)境因子兩者對貴州民間投資的影響最大。對于第四部分,本文在前文現(xiàn)狀分析、尤其是存在的問題分析,以及灰色關聯(lián)分析和因子分析的基礎之上,從解放思想、轉變觀念,營造良好投資環(huán)境和增強民間投資主體的市場競爭力三個方面,為貴州民營經濟“五年行動計劃”順利進行提出一些簡單對策,引導貴州民間投資的健康有序發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the strategy of developing the western region, especially the policy of "three-year doubling plan" for Guizhou's private economy, the rapid growth of private investment in Guizhou Province, is an important force for the rapid growth of Guizhou's economy in recent years and the realization of the goal of social and economic development. Therefore, this paper studies the current situation of private investment in Guizhou Province, conforms to the background of Guizhou's economic development, and provides practical support for the implementation of the "five-year action plan" of private economy in Guizhou at the present stage. Based on the current realistic background, this paper studies the following aspects: firstly, it defines the related concepts of private investment and combs the relevant theory of investment determinants. Then, the quantitative investigation of the status quo and regional characteristics of private investment in Guizhou Province. Thirdly, this paper qualitatively analyzes the influencing factors of folk investment, and on the basis of this, selects and constructs the index system of the influencing factors of folk investment, and analyzes the influence of different factors on the folk investment in Guizhou from two angles by using two methods. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, some suggestions are put forward for the development of private investment in Guizhou province. For the first part, this paper first introduces the related concepts of investment and private investment, defines the statistical scope of private investment, and then combs and evaluates the relevant theories of investment determinants. For the second part, this paper uses comparative analysis to investigate quantitatively the present situation and regional characteristics of private investment in Guizhou province, and analyzes the total amount and growth rate of private investment in Guizhou province, the proportion of private investment in Guizhou province and its investment. The analysis of the performance of private investment in Guizhou Province, the problems of private investment in Guizhou Province. For the third part, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of private investment in Guizhou province. Based on the analysis of the present situation above, this paper qualitatively analyzes the influencing factors of private investment, and on this basis, constructs the index system of the influencing factors of folk investment. Then, the paper analyzes the influence index of private investment in Guizhou province by using the data of Guizhou province and the method of grey correlation degree. Then using the cross-sectional data of 31 provinces and autonomous regions in China and using factor analysis, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of private investment in Guizhou. On the basis of two kinds of analysis, it is concluded that both industrial added value and investment environment factor have the greatest influence on private investment in Guizhou. For the fourth part, on the basis of the analysis of the present situation, especially the existing problems, and the grey relational analysis and factor analysis, this paper transforms the concept from emancipating the mind. In order to guide the healthy and orderly development of private investment in Guizhou, three aspects of creating a good investment environment and enhancing the market competitiveness of private investors are put forward for the "five-year action plan" of private economy in Guizhou.
