網(wǎng)絡(luò)匯聚物流業(yè)務(wù)信息的個(gè)性化服務(wù)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出快速發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),以信息共享為手段的物流信息平臺(tái)層出不窮,網(wǎng)絡(luò)上物流業(yè)務(wù)信息爆炸式增長(zhǎng)。但是當(dāng)前物流公共信息平臺(tái)存在功能單一、信息冗余等問(wèn)題,傳統(tǒng)的搜索方式已經(jīng)不能滿足不同企業(yè)個(gè)人對(duì)物流業(yè)務(wù)信息快速變動(dòng)的需要,進(jìn)而造成物流業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)現(xiàn)成本居高不下。針對(duì)上述情況,本文對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)物流業(yè)務(wù)信息的個(gè)性化服務(wù)的展開研究探討。首先本文對(duì)物流業(yè)務(wù)信息個(gè)性化服務(wù)的需求進(jìn)行了分析,構(gòu)建了物流業(yè)務(wù)信息的個(gè)性化需求模型,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的個(gè)性化信息服務(wù)原理,提出了一種基于物流業(yè)務(wù)本體的物流業(yè)務(wù)信息個(gè)性化服務(wù)框架。然后分別對(duì)個(gè)性化服務(wù)中兩大關(guān)鍵技術(shù)用戶興趣模型和匹配推薦方法進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的建模技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于物流業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域本體的用戶興趣模型。通過(guò)用戶的瀏覽行為挖掘用戶的興趣概念并計(jì)算相應(yīng)的興趣度,完成用戶興趣模型的構(gòu)建與更新;針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的個(gè)性化推薦技術(shù)的不足,提出一種加入物流業(yè)務(wù)本體后的推薦技術(shù),通過(guò)物流業(yè)務(wù)信息和用戶興趣模型中物流業(yè)務(wù)概念的匹配實(shí)現(xiàn)物流業(yè)務(wù)信息的匹配推薦。最后,設(shè)計(jì)一種基于B/S架構(gòu)的物流業(yè)務(wù)信息個(gè)性化服務(wù)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),按照系統(tǒng)功能模塊完成物流業(yè)務(wù)信息個(gè)性化服務(wù)原型系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行測(cè)試。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the logistics industry of our country presents the tendency of rapid development, the logistics information platform with information sharing as the means emerges endlessly, the logistics business information on the network grows explosively. However, the current logistics public information platform has the problems of single function, information redundancy and so on. The traditional search method can no longer meet the needs of different enterprises for the rapid change of logistics business information. In turn, logistics business discovery costs remain high. In view of the above situation, this paper discusses the realization of personalized logistics business information services. First of all, this paper analyzes the demand of personalized service of logistics business information, constructs the personalized demand model of logistics business information, and according to the existing principle of personalized information service, This paper presents a personalized service framework of logistics business information based on logistics ontology. Then, the user interest model and matching recommendation method of two key technologies in personalized service are studied, and a user interest model based on logistics domain ontology is designed based on the existing modeling technology. The concept of user interest is mined by browsing behavior and the corresponding interest degree is calculated to complete the construction and update of user interest model. Aiming at the deficiency of the existing personalized recommendation technology, this paper proposes a new recommendation technology after adding logistics business ontology to realize the matching recommendation of logistics business information by matching logistics business information with the concept of logistics business in user interest model. Finally, a logistics business information personalized service system architecture based on B / S architecture is designed. According to the system function module, the prototype system of logistics business information personalized service is developed, and the system is run and tested.
