【摘要】：正本刊訊由中國國際經(jīng)濟(jì)交流中心主辦的"2015~2016中國經(jīng)濟(jì)年會"2015年12月26日在京召開。國務(wù)院原副總理、中心理事長曾培炎在致辭時表示,我國當(dāng)前正值"十三五"開局之時,處于全面建成小康社會的關(guān)鍵階段,在經(jīng)濟(jì)向新常態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換的過程中,必須探索宏觀調(diào)控的新路徑,使經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨穩(wěn)和蓄勢。曾培炎認(rèn)為,2016年全球經(jīng)濟(jì)將呈現(xiàn)低增長、低通脹、低貿(mào)易、低投資、高債務(wù)的"四低一高"態(tài)勢,經(jīng)濟(jì)
[Abstract]:The China Economic Annual Conference 2015- 2016 was held in Beijing on December 26, 2015, sponsored by the China Center for International Economic Exchange. In his speech, Zeng Peiyan, former vice premier of the State Council and chairman of the Central Committee, said that our country is now at the beginning of the 13th Five-Year Plan, is in the crucial stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and is in the process of transforming its economy into a new normal. We must explore the new path of macro-control so as to stabilize the economic development. Zeng Peiyan believes that the global economy will show a trend of low growth, low inflation, low trade, low investment and high debt in 2016.
