【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展速度主要表現(xiàn)在城鎮(zhèn)人口占城鄉(xiāng)總?cè)丝诒壤?城鎮(zhèn)化率)的提高、城鎮(zhèn)地域空間規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大和城鎮(zhèn)數(shù)量的增加等方面。2013年,西安城鎮(zhèn)化率已達(dá)72.05%,已進(jìn)入城鎮(zhèn)化快速發(fā)展的末期階段。文章通過對西安1985—2013年間城鎮(zhèn)化率與工業(yè)化率、城鎮(zhèn)化率與GDP之間的數(shù)量關(guān)系進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析,得出西安城鎮(zhèn)化超前發(fā)展的結(jié)論。城鎮(zhèn)化超前發(fā)展帶來了一系列社會問題,需要采取有針對性的措施,促進(jìn)西安城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development rate of urbanization is mainly reflected in the increase of the proportion of urban population to the total urban and rural population (urbanization rate), the expansion of the spatial scale of urban areas and the increase in the number of cities and towns. The urbanization rate of Xi'an has reached 72.05, which has entered the final stage of rapid development of urbanization. This paper analyzes the relationship between urbanization rate and industrialization rate, urbanization rate and GDP in Xi'an from 1985 to 2013, and draws the conclusion that Xi'an urbanization develops ahead of time. The advanced development of urbanization has brought a series of social problems, so it is necessary to take targeted measures to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and economy and society in Xi'an.
