【摘要】：汽車測(cè)試及評(píng)價(jià)在汽車技術(shù)開發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化過程中至關(guān)重要。目前我國(guó)汽車工業(yè)正處在繁榮發(fā)展的階段,但我國(guó)汽車測(cè)試及評(píng)價(jià)服務(wù)能力還不能與之相匹配,同德國(guó)等其他國(guó)家相比還有很大的發(fā)展空間�；赬大學(xué)蘇州汽車研究院產(chǎn)業(yè)基金的投資需要,本文結(jié)合重慶市發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)檢測(cè)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。本文針對(duì)重慶市汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)研發(fā)檢測(cè)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行研究,在調(diào)研了國(guó)內(nèi)外汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)檢測(cè)行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,主要從驅(qū)動(dòng)因素、供需、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈等行業(yè)研究角度切入,研究了重慶市汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)研發(fā)檢測(cè)市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展方向。為社會(huì)資本入駐重慶市汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)檢測(cè)市場(chǎng)提供依據(jù),為政府優(yōu)化我市汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和提升我市汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提供政策建議。本文首先從檢測(cè)需求、檢測(cè)供給能力兩方面,對(duì)重慶市汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)研發(fā)檢測(cè)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了研究。檢測(cè)需求方面,根據(jù)行業(yè)發(fā)展的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素和檢測(cè)需求研究現(xiàn)狀,建立了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)檢測(cè)需求評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)所有評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了市場(chǎng)調(diào)研。在此基礎(chǔ)上分別構(gòu)建了回歸模型和灰色系統(tǒng)預(yù)測(cè)模型,通過兩套模型的驗(yàn)證和對(duì)比,最終選取了灰色系統(tǒng)模型對(duì)需求進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。檢測(cè)供給能力方面,以設(shè)備年檢測(cè)量為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過電話詢問、實(shí)地訪談等方式對(duì)重慶市場(chǎng)主要檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)和汽車整車廠、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)整機(jī)廠的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)檢測(cè)設(shè)備進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,參照法規(guī)確定了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)所需時(shí)間,從而確定了市場(chǎng)的檢測(cè)供給能力。最后基于前面兩部分的研究結(jié)果,對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)檢測(cè)市場(chǎng)供需關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)重慶市汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)檢測(cè)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了SCP分析,從而為行業(yè)的政策扶持和投資機(jī)會(huì)提供了建議。
[Abstract]:Automobile testing and evaluation is very important in the process of automobile technology development and industrialization. At present, the automobile industry of our country is in the stage of prosperity and development, but the service ability of automobile test and evaluation in our country can not match with it, and there is much room for development compared with other countries such as Germany. Based on the investment needs of Suzhou Automobile Research Institute of X University, this paper makes an empirical analysis based on Chongqing engine testing market. On the basis of investigating the present situation of automobile engine testing industry at home and abroad, this paper focuses on the research of automobile engine R & D and testing market in Chongqing from the angle of driving factor, supply and demand, industry chain and so on. The present situation and development direction of automobile engine R & D and testing market in Chongqing are studied. It provides the basis for the social capital to enter the automobile engine inspection market of Chongqing, and provides policy suggestions for the government to optimize the structure of the automobile industry and enhance the core competitiveness of the automobile industry in our city. In this paper, the market of automobile engine R & D and testing in Chongqing is studied in terms of demand and supply capacity. In terms of testing demand, according to the driving factors of industry development and the research status of testing demand, the evaluation system of engine testing demand is established, and all the evaluation indexes are investigated in the market. On this basis, the regression model and the grey system prediction model are constructed, and through the verification and comparison of the two sets of models, the grey system model is selected to forecast the demand. In terms of testing supply capacity, taking the annual inspection and measurement of equipment as the evaluation index, through telephone inquiries, field interviews and other methods, this paper investigates and investigates the engine testing equipment of the main inspection institutions and automobile factories and the whole engine plants in Chongqing market. The time required for engine tests was determined by reference to the regulations, thus determining the testing supply capacity of the market. Finally, based on the results of the previous two parts, the relationship between supply and demand of engine testing market is studied, and the SCP analysis of automobile engine testing market in Chongqing is carried out, which provides suggestions for the policy support and investment opportunities of the industry.
