【摘要】：基于工程量清單計價模式存在工程量計算沒有考慮風險因素的缺陷,提出在計算工程量時適度加入風險因素,通過利用水晶球軟件擬合工程量風險變量的概率分布情況,得到對應的概率分布類型,運用蒙特卡羅模擬法預測分析投標報價風險,最終得到準確的投標報價結果。
[Abstract]:Based on the fact that the bill of quantities valuation model has the defect of not considering the risk factors in the calculation of engineering quantity, it is put forward that appropriate risk factors are added to the calculation of engineering quantities, and the probability distribution of engineering quantity risk variables is fitted by using crystal ball software. The corresponding probability distribution types are obtained, and the risk of bidding price is predicted and analyzed by Monte Carlo simulation method, and the accurate bidding results are obtained.
