基于EG指數(shù)的中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)集聚水平測度及其影響因素研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著東南沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度的不斷升高,我國產(chǎn)業(yè)(尤其是制造業(yè))布局發(fā)生了新的變化,部分勞動(dòng)力密集型、資源投入粗放型制造業(yè)企業(yè)開始由東南沿海向中西部地區(qū)遷移。作為中部崛起戰(zhàn)略的承載地,中部六省地處中國內(nèi)陸腹地,在承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移過程中發(fā)揮著承東啟西、接南通北、輻射八方的戰(zhàn)略作用。但是,中部地區(qū)當(dāng)前面臨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)畸輕畸重、產(chǎn)業(yè)層次較低、缺乏帶動(dòng)力強(qiáng)且產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸度大的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)等系列問題。轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、調(diào)整和優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、開創(chuàng)科學(xué)發(fā)展新局面已經(jīng)迫在眉捷。而發(fā)展集聚產(chǎn)業(yè)正可以憑借創(chuàng)新效應(yīng)、競爭效應(yīng)以及外部經(jīng)濟(jì)來解決中部地區(qū)工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展瓶頸。基于此,本文選擇中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象,利用科學(xué)合理的測度方法剖析中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)集聚的現(xiàn)狀特征,探究中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)集聚的影響因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出優(yōu)化中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)集聚的對(duì)策建議。這不僅有利于把握中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)的集聚現(xiàn)狀與規(guī)律,而且能夠?yàn)橹胁苛〉牡胤秸贫ǹ茖W(xué)合理的區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)政策提供參考。本文首先對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的內(nèi)涵、類型、特征、測度方法以及相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行回顧;然后,分析中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)的區(qū)域發(fā)展特征以及行業(yè)發(fā)展特征,并利用修正后的EG指數(shù)測度中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平,進(jìn)而剖析中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)集聚的總體現(xiàn)狀特征以及行業(yè)分類特征;接著,歸納中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)集聚的影響因素,并通過構(gòu)建計(jì)量模型,利用單位根檢驗(yàn)、協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)以及回歸估計(jì)方法實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)各類因素對(duì)中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的影響效應(yīng);最后,從四個(gè)方面提出優(yōu)化中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的對(duì)策建議。本文的主要研究結(jié)論如下:第一,中部地區(qū)制造業(yè)的總體集聚水平較低,集聚優(yōu)勢并不明顯,具有集聚規(guī)模效應(yīng)的行業(yè)為交通運(yùn)輸設(shè)備制造業(yè)、黑色金屬冶煉及壓延加工業(yè)、金屬制品業(yè)、通信設(shè)備計(jì)算機(jī)及其他電子設(shè)備制造業(yè)以及紡織服裝鞋帽制造業(yè);第二,中部地區(qū)高集聚水平的制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)主要集中在資本密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)或技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),而且資本密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)和技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)的平均集聚水平與集聚速度都要高于勞動(dòng)力密集型產(chǎn)業(yè);第三,物質(zhì)資本要素和人力資本要素積累是促進(jìn)資本密集型和技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)在中部地區(qū)的空間集聚的重要拉力,而勞動(dòng)力要素積累則是拉動(dòng)勞動(dòng)力密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)在中部地區(qū)集聚的重要拉力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing degree of industrial agglomeration in the economically developed areas along the southeast coast, new changes have taken place in the layout of industries (especially manufacturing industries) in China, some of which are labor-intensive. Resources investment in extensive manufacturing enterprises began to move from the southeast coast to the central and western regions. As the bearing place of the central rising strategy, the six central provinces are located in the hinterland of China, and play a strategic role in the process of undertaking the industrial transfer from east to west, Nantong to the north, and radiation to the eight sides. However, the central region is currently facing a series of problems, such as deformed industrial structure, low industrial level, lack of high-technology industries with strong driving force and large extension of industrial chain, and so on. It is urgent to change the mode of economic development, adjust and optimize the industrial structure, and create a new situation of scientific development. The development of agglomeration industry can solve the bottleneck of industrial development in central China by means of innovation effect, competition effect and external economy. Based on this, this paper chooses the manufacturing industry in the central region as the research object, analyzes the current characteristics of the manufacturing agglomeration in the central region by using the scientific and reasonable measurement method, and probes into the influencing factors of the manufacturing agglomeration in the central region. On this basis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the centralization of manufacturing industry in the central region. This not only helps to grasp the present situation and law of manufacturing agglomeration in central China, but also provides a reference for local governments in six central provinces to formulate scientific and reasonable regional industrial policies. This paper first reviews the connotation, types, characteristics, measurement methods and relevant theoretical basis of industrial agglomeration; then, analyzes the regional development characteristics and industry development characteristics of the manufacturing industry in the central region. And using the revised EG index to measure the manufacturing industry agglomeration level in the central region, and then analyze the overall status of manufacturing agglomeration in the central region and the characteristics of industry classification; then, summarize the influencing factors of manufacturing agglomeration in the central region. And through the construction of econometric model, the use of unit root test, cointegration test and regression estimation method to test the impact of various factors on the central region of the manufacturing industry agglomeration; finally, The countermeasures and suggestions of optimizing manufacturing industry agglomeration in central China are put forward from four aspects. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the overall agglomeration level of the manufacturing industry in the central region is relatively low, and the agglomeration advantage is not obvious. The industries with agglomeration scale effect are transportation equipment manufacturing, ferrous metal smelting and calender processing industry. Metal products, communications equipment, computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing and textile, clothing, shoes and hats manufacturing; second, the manufacturing industries with high concentration levels in the central region are mainly concentrated in capital-intensive industries or technology-intensive industries. Moreover, the average agglomeration level and agglomeration speed of capital-intensive industries and technology-intensive industries are higher than those of labor-intensive industries; third, The accumulation of material capital elements and human capital elements is an important force to promote the spatial agglomeration of capital-intensive and technology-intensive industries in the central region. The accumulation of labor factors is an important pull force to pull labor-intensive industries to gather in the central region.
