【摘要】：我國各地經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)結構以及勞動力市場特征不同,使得地方財政支出的結構和重點也有差異,其中地區(qū)間財政支出的空間溢出效應對經(jīng)濟增長的影響是不容忽視的。空間滯后模型通過引入變量的空間滯后形式,將空間位置變化與周邊鄰居位置上的變量聯(lián)系在一起,這在一定程度上解釋了由于空間擴散、空間溢出等相互作用造成的空間依賴。經(jīng)過Moran I檢驗表明,人均地方財政支出存在空間相依性。文章利用空間分位回歸模型對我國300個地級行政區(qū)2013年的人均財政支出進行了實證研究,設置空間權重矩陣,采用空間分位回歸模型,研究地方財政支出對周邊地區(qū)全要素生產(chǎn)率及其分解項的空間溢出效應。結果表明:經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不同的地區(qū),在財政支出方面存在著明顯的異質性。
[Abstract]:Different levels of economic development, industrial structure and labor market characteristics in China make the structure and emphasis of local fiscal expenditure different, among which the spatial spillover effect of fiscal expenditure between regions on economic growth can not be ignored. By introducing the spatial lag form of the variables, the spatial lag model relates the spatial position change to the variables in the neighboring location, which to some extent explains the spatial diffusion. Spatial dependence caused by spatial spillover and other interactions. The Moran I test shows that the per capita local fiscal expenditure is spatially dependent. Based on the spatial quantile regression model, this paper makes an empirical study on the per capita fiscal expenditure of 300 prefectural administrative regions in 2013, sets up the spatial weight matrix, and adopts the spatial quantile regression model. This paper studies the spatial spillover effect of local fiscal expenditure on the total factor productivity (TFP) and its decomposition term in the surrounding areas. The results show that there is obvious heterogeneity in fiscal expenditure in different areas of economic development.
