【摘要】："逆城市化"作為我國城市化發(fā)展的一個新階段,在北上廣深等一線城市以及一些東部沿海城市已初現(xiàn)端倪。我國"逆城市化"的產(chǎn)生原因除"城市病"倒逼以及交通、通訊技術(shù)的發(fā)展等因素推動外,也是一些特有制度和政策影響的結(jié)果。"逆城市化"在緩解城市病,推動城市群發(fā)展和城鄉(xiāng)一體化的同時,也會帶來城市空心化和城市萎縮等問題。"逆城市化"的實(shí)質(zhì)是規(guī)模不經(jīng)濟(jì),是城市居民"用腳投票"的典型實(shí)例,凸顯了我國傳統(tǒng)治理模式的局限性。為有效解決城市問題,跨越"逆城市化"藩籬,實(shí)現(xiàn)再城市化,亟須轉(zhuǎn)變治理模式,以合作治理醫(yī)治"逆城市化"之殤。
[Abstract]:As a new stage of the development of urbanization in China, "inverse urbanization" has appeared in the first tier cities, such as Guang Shen and other cities in the north and some coastal cities in the east. The causes of "inverse urbanization" in our country are not only "urban disease", but also the influence of some special systems and policies, besides the development of traffic and communication technology. " Inverse urbanization "can alleviate the disease of cities, promote the development of urban agglomeration and the integration of urban and rural areas, at the same time, it will also bring problems such as urban hollowing and urban atrophy." The essence of "inverse urbanization" is that the scale is not economical, and it is a typical example of urban residents "voting with their feet", which highlights the limitation of the traditional governance mode of our country. In order to solve urban problems effectively, to overcome the barriers of "reverse urbanization" and to realize re-urbanization, it is urgent to change the governance mode and treat the "anti-urbanization" war by cooperation.
